They randomly charged our credit card $11.99, we notified the bank that it was fraudulent, we got a new card, and they managed to charge it. Obviously they are involved in a data breach to obtain our card number without us going there. We never agreed to any kind of subscription, so we have no clue why this is happening. Most concerning is how they got our card number without it being present. That is unheard of.

Watch out, they will sign you up for a membership and charge you a monthly fee. Nearly in impossible to cancel or get a hold of any one. Store does not answer there phone either.

This place will enroll whatever card you use into their VIP backstage membership without notifying you! If you notice a reoccurring F.Y.E Backstage charge of $11.99 on your statements it's from here! They never told us about this is currently disputing it through the bank and BBB

The membership is NOT FREE they are charging my card with out my permission! That’s crazy how they lied after I ask multiple time if there’s a fee since my 8 year old was extra excited at this store I didn’t even want this membership but since he was so excited I said fine since it was “Free” literally ask like 3 times “are you sure it’s free !?! I’m pissed !!!

Went to the Maplewood Mall location. They had tons of fun stuff. I bought some really fun socks for my kid. Staff was friendly, I wasn't harassed into signing up for a membership as others state in their reviews. I've never shopped here before, I would definitely return. Thanks.

I bought a robocop action figure for my nephew that literally started crumbling apart after opening. Tried to take it back Dec. 26th, I was told no one in the store could do returns that day, maybe the manager would be in on Sunday and could take of it. I live out of state, so basically screwed. Also horribly overpriced. Buyer beware. Perfect example of why brick and mortar stores are failing.

I love FYE but the issue is they need to start telling people about how they charge for membership. Luckily my bf and I got Christmas gifts from there and he was ask to sign up for that when I wasn’t around. They said it free I looked back at the receipts and it literally say it gonna charge his card after 30 days. Like I said I do love the store I hate the fact they can’t specify the membership shit.

Came 2 times to try to shop for Funko Pops. The first time I arrived at 545 pm or so and they were closed ..not sure why Google says they close at 6 or 7 ...then I came a second time at about 12 pm and they weren't open yet.not sure why website said 11am..had to wait till bout 1230 to get in then someone was working the store in pj's it was terrible. I wish it was another one in the area. I will not come across time to shop there again.

I used to go to FYE at the mall in my hometown and decided to check it out because they said they had steel book Blu-rays. It used to be a store of exclusively movies and music and now it's just a novelty, geek tsotchke shop that goes shallow in many categories as opposed to going deep in a few categories. I found some Blu-rays scattered about the store. Nothing worthwhile.

“Free membership” yeah okay… my boyfriend was signed up without the employees disclosing that this membership actually COSTS MONEY. Honestly there should be a lawsuit against this store because the card he used to pay for items we purchased is now being used to pay for the membership!! Sorry but when a store offers a rewards program they don’t TAKE YOUR CARD INFO WITH IT WITHOUT LETTING YOU KNOW?? These employees and whoever owns this location need to be held accountable for SCAMMING people into this bullshit. Don’t shop here and DONT sign up for any of their “free” programs. Hope this place gets what they deserve.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE “FREE MEMBERSHIP” it’s not free I was told it was a free membership but after 30 days I realized I was getting charged. These employees need to be held accountable for not disclosing this information!

These people are scammers told my husband that there perks membership was free only to find out that after 30 days they will charge you 11.99 a month that is not what they told my husband they are committing fraud. Very very difficult to cancel be warned do not go here
