Goodwill - St. Paul Outlet is a popular destination for those who enjoy digging through bins to find unique items. The store features a large variety of bins filled mainly with clothes, coats, and shoes, with a smaller selection of books and household items. While many customers appreciate the thrill of a treasure hunt, others have noted that the shopping experience can be chaotic, especially with the large crowds and some aggressive shoppers. Prices have reportedly increased significantly, leading some to question the non-profit label of the organization. Despite the challenges, many shoppers continue to visit regularly, as they believe they can still find great items. The staff are generally described as friendly and helpful, and security is present to maintain order. However, some visitors have experienced discomfort during their visits, noting issues like skin rashes and tense interactions with other shoppers. Overall, while the St. Paul Outlet can be a fun place to explore, potential customers should be prepared for a bustling and sometimes overwhelming environment.
I called and spoke with a manager. I'm sick and needed my wife to answer her phone. The man I talked to was super helpful and got the msg to her. I forgot to say thanks before we got off the phone!!
Thank you for the assistance sir!!

If you like digging through huge bins this is the place for you. Lots and lots of bins. Clothes, coats, shoes are the majority of what you’ll find. Mostly women’s. Small book selection and household items. They do sell cold pop.
