Alright community, help me out here: Nobody ever weighed my stuff except for clothes but now all of a sudden that's their policy? I called and asked why they weighed my little couple of plastic items, and I think the manager lied to me about how this has always been their policy because they didn't want to deal with me or something. I got omega overcharged the last time I went and everything was always great the past years.
Community comment below and help me figure this out: have you ever had your non clothing items weighed before 2025?
Edit: well nevermind apparently Google took away our privilege to comment on reviews. Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ help us all.

I called and spoke with a manager. I'm sick and needed my wife to answer her phone. The man I talked to was super helpful and got the msg to her. I forgot to say thanks before we got off the phone!!
Thank you for the assistance sir!!

NON-PROFIT MY ASS!!!
GOODWILL HAS GOTTEN GREEDY!!! Like doing the digging. Prices are getting WAY outta hand and cause of the neighborhood people are pretty pushy and rude at times.

They have a list of prices on the wall for stuff that isn't weighted like books and glass items ect clothing is all supposed to be weighted. This is the second time the employee dug threw my stuff and started randomly pricing items that were supposed to be weighted. She started making up prices for my clothing as well as other items that should be weighted that isn't on the list of prices on the wall so I ended up leaving the clothes that she made up prices for. Not impressed after taking the time digging threw the bins just to have them jack up the price to whatever they want to at check out. Not to mention they keep raising price per pound it's the highest I've seen.

Unlike other bins I’ve been too, didn’t feel safe, which is kind of abnormal. Staff was not the friendliest. Didn’t expect clean, but it was dirty. Came in and didn’t really dig in, but just decided to leave. I’m out of town person, so just not used to St.Paul vibes.

Absolutely filthy. I never go to Goodwill outlets, but my friend wanted to stop by so we did. We rummaged a bit through heaps of dirty, stinky clothes. I only ended up purchasing a Starbucks cup and she bought a couple toys for her son.

Don’t let the bad reviews convince you not to come here! I thought that the employees were very nice, none were rude and did their jobs properly. There was even a security guard who made sure things were in order so no one was acting like animals.
Obviously since this is the bins, people will be moving around trying to grab things, BUT that is the nature of the bins. Don’t expect the bins to be like going to a Goodwill store or Savers where things are organized/peaceful. At the bins people have things they are looking for (resellers) but that’s how it is. Just pay no mind to them and do your own thing. I do think if you want to find good items, you’d have to stay for at least 2hrs+. This is a treasure hunt!

The old white lady who works in the donation center is so mean and rude. As well as the African man who works with her. Horrible team. This was my first time there they didn’t give me any instructions, and instead they were being disrespectful and rushing me.

Well, it was really fun but ended up coming home with severely pink eyes, a pretty bad rash on my chest and my hands felt like I played in a bouncy house for an entire day. Next time I will come equipped with a n95 and gloves, probably a turtleneck too. The other people I went with were basically assaulted by a woman who was very intensely searching for something, then when she did take the thing from my friends hand, she threw it. Interesting and also found some cool stuff. P.S. my 7 year old found some nude paintings and we all needed our inhalers after the visit.

If you like digging through huge bins this is the place for you. Lots and lots of bins. Clothes, coats, shoes are the majority of what you’ll find. Mostly women’s. Small book selection and household items. They do sell cold pop.

I’ve been shopping at this location for the past 5 years, and the consumer experience has significantly diminished over time. The price per pound has nearly DOUBLED since I started shopping here! It has also gotten much busier over time, these days you have to line up early when they roll out new bins or you won’t be able to get in at all. People are not afraid to shove you out of the way. And good luck getting a cart!
You can still find good stuff, and I still shop here on a regular basis. It’s just not a great experience.

good thrift finds if you’re willing to compete with hordes of resellers. recently has been harder to get a cart because these people will take 2 each. i recommend gloves
