I cannot express how great of an experience my sister and I had with Jenn, Joe, and the whole team at Grey Duck Properties! We were paired up with Joe via Zillow over a year ago but never ended up buying. We liked him so much, our roommate used him to buy his house and when my sister and I were finally ready, we went right back to Joe and were introduced to Jenn who was PHENOMENAL! She held our hands as first time home buyers, every step of the way. She worked around our hectic work schedules and answered any and all questions and you could genuinely tell she loved her job and clients! I couldn't recommend a company or people higher than I do Jenn, Joe and Grey Duck Properties! We look forward to using them in the future as well!

Jenn was so freaking wonderful during our whole home buying process. My sister and I were looking for a duplex and the first time going out to look at homes, we fell in love with one that we thought was going to be out of our reach. Jenn made it happen. This is the first home we've ever bought and Jenn was so kind and patient, answering all of our questions, even the ones we thought might be dumb. Our jobs aren't the normal 9-5, but she was always available for us, even on a Friday night when she was out with friends, and even if she didn't have the answers right then, she was on top of communicating with us and letting us know she'd find the answers for us. The whole process was just so seamless with Jenn, she knew what it would take negotiating with the sellers to get us a good deal on our new home. I can't say enough good things about Jenn and Grey Duck Properties. It's not just about selling a house for them, It's about getting people into a home they love and making you feel comfortable during the process. I look forward to working with you guys the next time around!!!

Joe just helped us buy our first home and we cannot be happier with the service and attention he provided us. From the first meeting, we knew Joe was invested in us. He listened as we threw out a bunch of things we were looking for in a home, then helped us hone in on a few key criteria that would help us strike a balance between a wide net and a narrow scope. He made it clear he was adaptable and responsive and when the time came to put in an offer, would go above and beyond for us. Joe was always willing to take us out to a house that sparked our interest and helped us stay level through a process that can be so draining! Ultimately, when we found our new home, Joe was quick to act and helped secure it for us. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Joe and his team were AMAZING to work with - and this is coming from a real estate investor who has a generally low-level disdain for real estate agents. They got us out of a tight spot with an investment that went over its timeline, and we made over $20K more than we originally projected. The staging was well worth the money, and I would not hesitate to use their firm again.

Passionate, dedicated, local experts. I was browsing Zillow and clicked "Request A Tour" and was blindly gifted with Grey Duck. Joe seemed to be available anytime, always responsive, and would extend market insights and other updates frequently. It did somehow feel like I was their only client as every request was addressed in detail. He took the nerves out as we had many laughs previewing houses as a prospective buyer. Then when it came time to offer, he absolutely crushed! Somehow negotiated the exact deal I sought within hours.Then there's Adrian who was the perfect agent to tour with. He was so knowledgeable and attentive to the infrastructure of a house. With him I could toss any idea -- what about adding a bathroom here, how could I soundproof a room, what's the condition of this AC - and get a feel for the cost to bring any condition into my preferred state. It never felt like working with a sales person, he was perfectly honest and transparent and always positive. He seemed excited every time we viewed a house, and we'd sometimes hang around for an hour chatting. He even did mini detective work, chatting with the county about future construction projects. Everything was above and beyond.Maggie as well was perfectly on the ball with coordinating any documents and requests through the closing process.Thanks Grey Duck for helping me find the perfect home! I will have to buy another one so we can hang out some more!

Joe and Becca were fantastic to work with, they helped us find our first home in 2016 so of course we had to reach out to them when we were ready to upgrade to a bigger living space for our growing family. They helped us find the new home of our dreams and we were able to sell our old property with ease. Joe was very responsive and always available for questions. He provided updates on our home during the selling process that kept us in the loop and gave us an understanding of the current home market. Becca staged our property that we listed for sale and she did an AMAZING job, it looked so great! She added so many nice touches that truly made the home feel cozy and inviting. If you want a great home buying and or selling experience I highly recommend Joe and Becca.
