Boy has MSP changed (for the better) and on a recent long layover I had the good luck to wander into Hammer Made. Got some great shirts and met their salesman, Mike, who was also GREAT! I actually hope I have another long layover here sometime so I can come back. That good!

I am a longtime customer. I stopped in at the Minneapolis airport hammer made store to let them know of an unfortunate experience with a brand new shirt I just bought. I shared with the gentleman that I was a longtime customer and I know this is not normal, but I had a brand new hammer made shirt and the first time I wore it, on a business trip two of the front buttons fell off. It was clear the shirt was not manufactured correctly, but I was simply asking him what I should do. Bring it to the store or just ship it in? To my amazement, he says, I know this is a stupid question, but did you buy the right size? There was another customer standing next to me, and he was clearly disgusted as was I. There are zero circumstances when that question is OK. Feel free to look up my account, Hammer made. All respect lost.

I have been eyeing Hammer Made shirts every time I fly out of MSP. Today I decided to stop in and give them a try. The shirts fit incredible and are clearly high quality. What was even better was the customer service I experienced with Allison. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.
