They charge restocking fees on unopened pressure washers. The website clearly states the restocking fee is waived for unopened items but the cashiers in store insist they charge a restocking fee.

Called ahead to see if a "daily deal" item was sold out, and Breyanna told me it wasn't, but when I arrived the shelf was empty. Found out she had saved me the last one behind the counter without even asking! I was so pleased, talk about customer service! Highly recommend this HF location.
