So I have banked with Highland Bank since I was 5 years old, I will be 30 in January. This bank use to be a well run family bank but that is absolutely NOT the case anymore.Poorly run, super rude on the phone. Say they will call back and follow up and never do. On hold for 45 min for the simplest of calls.They use to be willing to go above and beyond to find a banking solution for any given problem, now the attitude is completely, “NOT MY PROBLEM.”I was left on hold and completely forgotten about.Most appallingly one time, about 2 years ago, a teller on the phone I was speaking to was obviously drunk…..I will be switching to a bank that actually cares about client-customer service and relations.

They are only a few HL banks in MN. It's not conveniently located like others. Time is 12:40pm Wednesday December 22nd and they are already closed. The drive thru was also closed too. I drove 25 minutes to get there. What a waist.

Read the reviews people. The experience of an individual with anything outside of their personal home will give anyone more than enough to decide whether it is even close to spending time with it. For example like this place. There is no customer first. The care of a customer is out window. My first time, I came through this place and wow I'm glad that it was my last and will never again step foot into it. And I am so glad that I do not bank with this place. Just my time would have been waisted, same as the first time walking in. Congratulations people, you certainly have made a first careless impression, proving yourselves to be a waist. You should get a trophy.

Been with Highland Bank since 2017.Genuine and personal customer service with knowledgeable and attentive phone agents. Recently, they promptly helped me address an international fraud issue using their email and phone callback system. My banking information was compromised, so they walked me through the process of resecuring my account.Similarly, every time I've needed in person assistance at the Ford Parkway branch, I've been given attentive and courteous service, whether inside or at the drivethru. Far exceeds the questionable experiences I've had with the 'marquee bigger banks' in the area. Makes me wonder why I hadn't done it sooner. I am very happy and feel very secure in keeping my money with Highland.

Negative. You were supposed to fund our business sale. Instead you back your personal agenda with lack of transparency. Business decisions are understandable, but your lack of transparency and response is deplorable. Your people deserve better...and I use “your” very loosely given my interaction and lack of feeling like I’m a part of the family. We deserve better.

We have banked here for ...well forever and consistantly enjoy great service. Most recently, Abby went out of her way to track me down and check on somthing that looked off and I am so grateful she did. Keep up the great work.

I'm not sure why the rating is so low, I am new to the twin cities area and I have chosen to bang here because I don't support WellsFargo. Which seems to be the big bank here in town. I haven't had any issues with Highland Bank, the staff is alway nice and very accommodating.

My mom has an account here. Twice I have had to go in to help her with something and twice it has been an absolute clown show. Slow service. Inept service. Horrible accommodations while you wait. And wait. And wait. I drive by and shudder thinking of having to go inside. Stay away.
