The buildings are old and not the most maintained, which is expected for the price, and noise from neighbors can sometimes be heard. However, the apartments are spacious, bright, and extremely affordable, making them very desirable. The property manager is proactive, awesome, and very good at her job. Communication is great, clear, and never pressured. She is personable and always on top of issues. Repair and maintenance requests are addressed reasonably promptly and completely, with problems fixed quickly. Tenants are mostly respectful, quiet, friendly, and keep to themselves, with minimal noise issues. The area is quiet without disruptive fireworks. Recent upgrades include improved laundry facilities. While very occasional issues like pests have occurred, they were resolved pretty quickly. Overall, Hillsberry 94 is considered a great first place to land and a top choice for an affordable, well-managed apartment.
