To start off I went to this holiday location on national coffee day were you could get a free coffee but, when I went it and got my coffee but it only filled the cup up halfway. Then when I went to checkout it made me pay for the coffee. Also the service was horrible and it felt like he was rushing me. Also missgendered me. Then when I went to drink the coffee it was the worst I've ever had. Then I thought that it just wasn't mixed so I stared it and it spilled everywhere because the lid didn't fit.

I donāt think I have ever given a review to a gas station before but Carlos earned it. Greeted me and every person who came in. Offered items and suggestions in a respectful and energetic way. Had to shake the guys hand he was so good. Will specifically stop by here when Iām in the area.

never coming back here again i witnessed a incident and the owner was talking very rude and cussing at a constumer with her child and that should never happend if she is the owner how she said she should have respect and ignore the situation but she was cussing and yelling at them that is a very bad owner !!!! if she talks like that to a costumer with her.child i dnt want to even go there anymore she should be more mature as a owner ! and the way she talks go her employees says alot as well very rude not because ur a owner gives them the right to talk to people like that

Iāve never given a review for a gas station, but this one earned it! The cleanest gas station bathroom Iāve seen on this side of the cities and the staff was enthusiastic and greeted customers when they walked in the door. Great job! š

They have a mute button! It's not labeled but it's there. When you are standing in front of and facing the terminal it is the second button down on the right side.
If you are sick of ads and would just like to reduce general ambient noise while transferring fossil fuels... I mean I'm jus' sayin'...

Awesome service I recommend everybody to go here there service is amazing every time I go there the people there there vibe will always put a smile on your face also they have the best deal in the world if u like hot dogs chips and a huge soda just for 3 dollars thatās the place to go and they have variety of hot dogs to choose from and if you ever have a issue they will be most gladly to fix it for you right across the street from the fire station go check them out people

Just want to give a feedback on my experience at this location, the cashier working the morning shift on Monday February 10th was disrespectful,rude,bully she went out of her way to make my visit uncomfortable. I was charged $1.40 for a coffee refill that Jose or Maria always charge $1.28. When I asked her why the charge was different, she became aggressive, belligerent,rude and called the Police.in my opinion, she did not exercise the customer service experience that Jose and Maria are truly known for when they interact with their customers.it could have been handled differently as it could have been just a minor misunderstanding..it's soo important this individual gets some training on how to interact with customers.,thanks

Let me just say, if you're looking for the best gas station experience in the area, this Holiday location is hands down the place to go. What really sets it apart is the incredible difference in service compared to other nearby Holiday stations. While you might expect a consistent experience from the same chain, the culture of customer service and pride at this location is something special.
First off, the people working here are absolute gems. Every single one of them is incredibly friendly, and you can tell they genuinely take pride in their work and the business. Itās obvious that the team here has a strong sense of pride that you donāt always see at other locations, which makes it even more noticeable and appreciated. Iām greeted with a smile every time I walk in, and itās always clean and perfectly stocked.
The employees are always busy with somethingāwhether itās cleaning or stocking inside, or taking care of things outside. Itās honestly refreshing to see a place where the staff is genuinely invested in keeping everything running smoothly. And Iāve been here so many times that I think I know everyone by nameāitās like a little Mayberry moment, right here in the middle of a busy suburb!
If youāre looking for a place that nails that perfect blend of friendly service and a clean, well-run shop, this Holiday station is it. Honestly, I canāt recommend it enough!

What can you say about Holiday stores.. It is clean, well stocked and has everything you would expect... For me the attraction is hot freshly brewed coffee along with some nice pastry... I use the pickle ball backboard at Scott Park right next door so this Holiday is so convenient...
