I love holiday gas stations, we go there almost everyday. I am really getting tired of the coffee lids, there crap. They crack and the coffee cup always spills. Kwik Trip is so much better with their coffee. So we will be making the switch from Holiday to Kwik Trips.

As I scroll these reviews, I see consistency: Trina have provided poor customer service to me and other residents of North St. Paul. As someone who has lived here for years, I no longer feel welcome at this location. She has mocked me in a sarcastic tone, she never greets me at the register, and she is condescending.
The benefit of convenience is not worth dealing with an attitude from Trina. As an Indigenous American and a resident of North St. Paul, I feel that I have been discriminated against on the basis of my appearance.
Bring your business to the Holiday located at 2555 South Ave E. No anount of convenience is worth taking disrespect from a sullen, nasty person like Trina.

I have received consistently poor customer service from an old lady named Trina and the fat manager with long hair and a goatee, who looks like Chum Lee from Pawn Stars. As a resident of North St Paul, it is unfortunate the type of employees I have to interact with at this location. I will be going to the other Holiday in North St Paul. This one has tested my patience for the last time.

had cleaned the rest room. Great job. Plus Devin had good energy at the register. Devin makes Holiday Great!

I've been extremely involved in supporting your local businesses. I've been patronizing this location for many many years almost daily. Today I stopped in at 1:45. The girl behind the counter ignored me. I told her what I needed so she would help me. I told her sorry but I didn't have time to listen to them chit chat. She very rudely told me she was training someone. I said but I'm a customer! A daily customer. She exclaimed I know, I've been here for 10 years. Then I'm waiting to pay and she said very rudely " you have to put your card in and pay " I said " since when? I've always tapped it. Total disrespect from our youth to a family that has supported them for longer than they have been alive. Don't get me wrong, Derek is awesome and so is Ben. I will miss them.

The oldest lady that worked the register on 05/23/24 at this Holiday is extremely rude. She does not represent Holiday Station stores in a kind and professional manner.
I went in to cash lottery tickets and she huffed and puffed...."Are they big winners!" I said no they are less than $5.
While scanning she says to me in a rude and unprofessional manner, "This one is $10!"
She was just as rude to an older Korean War vet when he wanted to cash his tickets in right after me.
Fast forward a half hour....I went back to cash my winning tickets.
Again....she huffed and puffed...."You will have to come back later, we are too busy!"
So....I proceeded to ask for cigarettes and a lighter, and I then asked her. "So, you want me to go all the way to the end of the line to cash my tickets to buy my stuff?" She got upset for the 3rd time and said "fine" and grabbed my tickets with an unprofessional demeanor and a grimaced look on her face.
I own a business myself and find her demeanor and attitude towards me and the older Gentleman a poor representation of Holiday Station stores.

I just put gas in my car at this station which was 11.6 gallons and I had gotten a .30 cents off coupon through a text message from circle k and the employees proceeded to tell me there was a problem with scanning the bar codes and that they were told to just give the customer a dollar because they didn't know how to figure out what to do. But anyone with any bit of an education can figure out that I should have received $3.48 back. This is not an acceptable practice. I go to this station all the time so if theemployees can't do easy math to make sure people get back the proper amount then I guess I will need to go somewhere else. I use to love this place but this was Ridiculous

I am begging y'all to SAY SOMETHING if you have to cancel my transaction at the gas pump for any reason at all please this is the second time I've been left in the cold at this location :(

Very busy store. Staff always helpful. Store always stocked. Pumps are clean. Wish they had non-oxy gas though.

I am a fan of holiday gas stations and this one always has what I need and is conveniently located. I only give it three stars because sometimes the staff are a bit more rude and condescending than is acceptable even with the unpleasantness and lack of appreciation that comes with their job. Some staff are fine at this location but it's about a 50/50 shot that you are going to get a cashier that makes you feel stupid or annoying for just existing in their presence. I would say the mornings are when I experience the worst customer service on average.

Very poor customer service, the lady behind the desk was rude and unhelpful, the store is filthy and they hadn’t washed their hands before touching my hand as I placed my money on the counter. I mean that’s the reason I placed it on the counter was to not be touched I’m very concerned with the well being and health of the public with this very poorly operated “convenient” store
