I love this hot topic to much, the staff are always super nice. This hot topic is a great place to find a bunch of merch from various fandoms (MD, TADC, helluva boss, hazbin hotel, various bands, and a lot more!). Last time I was there I bought a clip on tail it lasted a lot longer than I honestly thought is was, it's faux fur and the clip is very nice. If your into Alt fashion, anime, music, or just want some sanrio merch. Than this is the place for you, trust.

Wow! 5/5 Customer Service is an understatement! My niece and I were in the store yesterday, and she had her heart set on a t-shirt but was worried about the cost. The manager, Takuwan, approached us, introduced himself, and mentioned he'd overheard our pricing concern. He then graciously provided a 25% coupon, making it possible for her to purchase the shirt she'd been really wanting. I cannot overstate how professional this young man was; his actions truly showcased the qualities of a leader, and I believe he has a bright future ahead. We will absolutely be returning!

Decent Selection of Merch/Niche Buyables. Sad thing is certain staff will happily smile in ur face then proceed to talk mad trash about whatever customer, soon as you leave. Most peculiar team I’ve ever worked with.

The staff were at 1st busy putting up new merchandise and I was searching for something specific. It's ok usually I'm just looking but eventually, I was helped out. Some items I was curious about prices and I was told to look on the back but no price was available. A sale lost is all but fun store.

Same old Hot Topic they had when i was a teen. Anime and goth store now. Exclusive pop toys always check it out when you can.

Love hot topic, and normally have had good experiences, but the staff here were kinda rude, ignored me during the whole checkout process and just chit chatted to each other. I get it, chatting with coworkers is nice, but if you are the only cashier open please don't get angry at me and make me feel like a problem when I would like to simply buy a shirt :(
