I would give it -5 stars if available worst tax space available
I filed there for 5 years and this year I have been audited for 3/5 years they did my taxes
The IRS levied my wages 2 times this year for over $2000 dollars and h and r made the clerical error that cause the audits
When asked for a refund they said I was not covered even though i also paid for peace of mind
Viola was our rep and she should no longer be doing taxes for anyone multiple mistakes and no help we have met with multiple reps in a attempt to stop the levy’s but apparently all the workers are incapable of tracking down any information from the failed attempt at filling from there employee and where unable to find out how to amend the issue even though they can clearly see I turned the information and they did not upload it.
Now I can only pray that I don’t get rob from the IRS again due to incompetence
Highly recommend going anywhere else than this mockery of a tax specialist

Front desk employee would not stop loudly playing on their phone. Seemed unbothered by the fact that we needed help. Kept watchi g tiktoks. The few tax "professionals " here clearly have no idea what they're doing. They continously tried overcharging us for unneeded services and changed the price and return number several times.The service here is pathetic.

The service was excellent. The accountant and I started before my scheduled time. It was great to know a professional was getting me the best deal by typing the numbers for me. However, the appointment was too expensive. For me I paid her over $200 for one hour of amazing service. That is the only reason I might return to software preparers.

My overall experience was good. However, when i asked a question related to my refund i sensed frustration from the associate that assisted me. The frustration i sensed made me feel discouraged to ask any other questions even if i had them. In the future i hope to be assisted with more patience.

The office is tidy, hand sanitizer offered throughout. Michael Brown addressed my husband and I’s concerns, provided a simplistic summary of how tax amounts are determined, and explained how our financial situation could benefit in different aspects. As a couple who utilized TaxAct for years, I appreciate the knowledge Michael provided, because all I knew to do was enter my W2. We have a clear understanding of our taxes this year.Will likely go to Michael the next few years - he’s friendly, uses layman terms, and asked us every relevant question.Extremely cheap! I think it was $50 to file to MN, then another $50 for the H&R Block service, totaling $204. Our refund was over $3k.

I thought the tax drop off was convenient but turns out they had closed the office for two weeks and did not even submit my taxes. No notice was sent to me until I called in two weeks later which I found out from another H&R Block location. I left a voicemail and received a call from an agent but they never left a message. Called back and turns out they needed signatures from me before they can submit it. Turns out I signed it that evening when I dropped off my taxes. Very unorganized. I’m at very please that they were able to find more credits for me but I would not return to this location. Overall I’ve been an H&R Block customer for 10+ years. Just disappointed this happened.
