The entire staff from the receptionist to the management are professional and made the H&R Block Experience the best Ive ever had doing my taxes. They are all knowledgeable and have more than enough information to share. I suggest you go to the Hillcrest location. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Employees looked into my home insurance information. I am new Home owner and did not know all the proper documents to bring. He looked up the additional information and that was very helpful.

I called to talk to someone and the guy that answered was very rude. Didn’t say his name or anything just said hi can I help u, I said I would like to talk to a tax expert and he said he was so I asked his name like five times wouldn’t give it to me and he keep saying can I help u, then I asked for his name again and he said what can I help u with then said he ain’t playing games and hung up on me! Really Professional. Won’t go here or call here again!

I mean they got my taxes done but charged 590 for doing so. I wont use them again. I usually do turbo tax but i bought a house and had stocks/cryptos to put in so i didn't want to do that wrong but should have just tried myself cuz turbotax is alot easier and cheaper.
