I would give a zero if I could. Staff forgot about my taxes and didn't turn in my refund like they said they would until august. Then they refused to give me a refund because I did it for them and they leaked my data. NEVER AGAIN.

Dropped my taxes off. It’s been a week and I haven’t heard anything from the person doing my taxes. I have called three separate times and have been told I will be called which still has not happened.

DO NOT DO YOUR TAXES HERE!!! Period, end of story. There are endless options that are cheaper. They try charging over $200 for returns. Save your money and go elsewhere. And Peter Alexander is nothing but a greasy used cars salesman looking for commission
