Came in to return shoes
African/american Girl with big puffy curly hair was just rude to us right away with a bad attitude sucks since I know they are in sales but are terrible at it if you don’t like the job don’t work it.

I was able to find a shoe here that I couldn't find anywhere but I left the store and found there was only one shoe lace in the box. The shoelaces need to be long since it's a high top so I had to order them online. Such a pain.

I’ve came here twice now.
The black guy who may be the manager or store lead- guy always has an annoyed facial expression and walks in with a north face backpack… whoever he is- this guy is always so rude to his employees. He made fun of one of his coworkers who obviously was trying his best. He also scolded a female coworker of his because she forgot to check and make sure both sides were in the box before selling it to us. She apologized and took accountability right away and he did nothing to reassure her or made her feel like she could get overcome this mistake.
I would never work for a manger or store lead who is nothing but rude and disrespectful.

Customer service was poor. Employee did not greet us at all and was very slow. Did not feel welcomed in the store. Customer service could definitely be better.

When trying to exchange shoes for a different size, the rep was extremely rude, and was swearing. He gave my husband a gift card for $10 less than we paid for them. Would not recommend.

I recently tried to exchange a pair of shoes. The rep was swearing and was uncooperative. He ended up giving me a gift card that was $10 less than I paid. Would not recommend.

I literally went to every shoe store in the mall.. Both footlocker and Champs no one even greeted me or acknowledged me. I was finally about to leave the mall and decided to go into Journeys. A young lady named Katie helped me.. told me what shoes were good comfortable walking shoes. Sat with me while i tried them on and I finally found a pair i liked! I wish more stores had customer service like the service i recieved here. I'll definitely be back!

Geena is amazing! When I walk in there she goes above and beyond to make me happy and walk out their with a purchase. Her smile is contagious. I always looking forward to having Geena help me and my family out!
