Very kind and loving community ❤️ Like one big family in a building. Staff resolves any issues quickly and efficiently and maintenance is quick to handle requests and is very respectful when entering apartments.

Editing to add: it’s been a little over 6 months this and the hot tub is still down, as well as all of the “amenities” we pay a ridiculous amount for are gross and not maintained. I would not recommend living here unless you want to live in the most ghetto “luxury” apartments with horrible management. Also- glass litters the property and management does nothing, and if they do get try to brush it over onto the city property. Manager Stephanie Simmons does nothing.
Overall living here for the last 5 months has been decent but the small things start to add up. Our unit is overall nice, but most windows do not have screens and the ventilation in the bathroom is so poor that everything is already rusting- as well as the fact I cannot open my bathroom drawer fully because it hits the doorframe and I have no overhead lighting in my living room or bedroom. Like most places these days, they try to get the job done fast and cheap without keeping quality of work in mind or the residents actually living in the units. We toured in April and the amenity that I have been most excited for-the hot tub- was down then but we were assured that it would likely me fixed upon move in... it is now October. For these reasons I honestly think I should be entitled to a rent reduction due to false advertising of amenities done in order to get people to sign their lease and start collecting money from them. There is no way some of this stuff takes this long to fix unless they are being taken advantage of by the company doing the repairs which I seriously doubt.

I agree with other reviewers that this is the most ghetto “luxury” apt. Do yourself a favor and do not live here. As you can see they don’t even acknowledge reviews and send an auto reply.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! I have lived here for about a year and a half, and have had access to the hot tub for literally 2 months out of the entire time (it’s been closed for “maintenance” the rest of the time). Also, the pool was closed for the months of summer, so that was ironic.
They have ~emergency~ shut off the water MULTIPLE times during my year and a half. For example, tonight floors 4-32 do not have access to water in the units (but we’re welcome to go down to the locker rooms to shower and fill our pots to cook dinner 🙃).
Unless you’re looking to pay an average rent to cook dinner in the public locker room, I recommend you look elsewhere! I’m counting down the months!

I have yet to use an amenity they have give the master key to someone else that walks in or the give a tour and disturb my reservation this time they give 2 tours while I had a reservation. And they block and delete any form of anonymity in review. The price is high and no guarantee for parking even though the cost for the third party parking is outrageous

Convenient location to work. Accessibility to stores, response of maintenance, management always pleasant. Only recommendation! Has there been any consideration in pulling the carpet up in the entry way off 4th(near the gym). It’s a very disturbing smell of human and pet urine. The cleaning people attempt to keep it fresh but the carpet just needs to be pulled. It’s not a friendly smell at all. Unsheltered individuals can be found there and it just needs to be pulled up PLEASE!

I was very pleased with kellogg when touring and applying 🩷 what a beautiful place to stay! i’m definitely sad i cant because of the location! highly recommended kellogg for anyone working in the cities!
