I called this morning to inquire about an auto quote and spoke to a woman who answered the phone. I am enrolled in an address confidentiality program that does not use a physical address. I was attempting to explain that I was having trouble getting an auto quote because of this and by law, insurance providers must accept this address. Auto insurance is specifically addressed in the handbook provided to participants of this program. The woman I spoke to continued to talk over me with increasing aggression, would not listen - and when I told her that I understood her system could not accept the non-physical address but this was then a compliance issue concerning her system, she told me to "take it up with the Secretary of State" and -hung up on me.- Nobody is in a program like this for fun. To be treated this way while attempting to get an auto quote while adhering to the policies of the program is pretty appalling. This woman also misrepresented what occurred when contacted about compliance. To anyone reading this affiliated with this agency, please pull the recording of the phone call. Imagine using this agency when something has happened to you in which you need to utilize your insurance. Find another agent that will be in your corner when you need it instead of behaving like this out of the gate.

Been a client for years and have never found lower insurance they even help you lower it by giving you a drive safe unit for 2 weeks to address your driving skills.
