Bought a futon from them (via Amazon) just about 5 years ago. One of the arms came loose over the years and broke just last month. I reached out to see if i could buy replacement arms, and they shipped me a new set of arms, free of charge. I got an answer from a human being when calling customer service! Jason was kind and helpful, and was able to direct me to how to file for a replacement to my lost parts. I had planned for 30 minutes and was done in less than 5. I will be a return buyer.
