I drove four hours to the nearest labcorp to submit a 24 hour urine collection to hopefully donate a kidney to a friend. After being sent by a receptionist to another building and having the techs at the second building send me to a third building I was able to make contact with someone who seemed to know what I was talking about. This woman held open the door as if to let me in while also talking to another tech and then scolded me for attempted to step in. I explained what I had and why I was there and she said "yeah we'll take it". I showed her a form I had and asked if it was the correct one and if there was anything else I needed to give her. She told me no and took my sample then abruptly shut the door. Today I was called by the kidney institute I am working with only to be told they were refusing to process my specimen due to a lack of paperwork and a blood draw. I attempted to get this blood draw at a fourth labcorp and was denied because they did not have additional paperwork. I took a full day off from work and drove 8 hours roundtrip o to submit a specimen that will now not be processed due to bad information. I was willing to overlook the lack of accurate building direction, conflicting business hours (the website, automated message, and techs all gave different hours), and rudeness I experienced in order to just get my sample analyzed, but now my kidney donation is further delayed due to this companies utter lack of professionalism and basic instruction. This delay could quite literally cost someone their life. I have wasted my time, money, and what little time my kidney recipient has left. This is unacceptable. My next option is to fly from Fargo, ND to Texas for the institute to do these labs correctly, which will push the process back an entire month.

The older lady who was working up front was extremely unprofessional and rude. I was told that this location did walking in and she claimed to busy and that was untrue because there was only one gentleman in lobby. She rowed her eyes and said no you have to make appointment will I tried and nothing. She needs to be fired.

Absolutely disgusted with how rude the staff is here. Rushing me for a number that doesn't exist. I was 15 minutes early and they're telling me I need to hurry up and find it because they close soon. Take your pre-employment drug tests elsewhere. Trust me.

Total nonsense. Went to Bloomington today to get a drug test for my employer and they're completely closed. Drove all the way to the St. Paul location and they won't take walk-ins and tell you to call or to use the website. They should be able to schedule me if I'm here in person, but the whole company is useless.Lady at the desk tells me it's "not her problem" if the other location is closed. Rude and unhelpful.

A tip to people who want to work here, do not look down on others as I had been looked down on today.
I work at as a pharmacy tech. I don't think its right for people to ignore you if you're asking for a mask.
I have a rental car right now and I usually keep my masks in my car, I forgot to grab some.
If you're a super prejudice elitist with a superiority complex, this is the job for you.

Very kind employees. Bad experience with everything else. No signage, no parking available, bad website, dirty building, poorly paved parking lot, you get the idea.

I showed up for my employee drug screening test, for which I had an appointment, to have them tell me that it was cancelled because "she" didn't come in today. I was told I could walk-in at the Bloomington location. Between the drive and the wait their, a 3 minute appointment took 3 hours.

I concur with everyone else's negative statements regarding the receptionist. I had an appointment scheduled. I had an account number. I had a text and email with a QR code from Labcorp confirming my appointment. I checked in via the QR code. I had a confirmation number and a test case number. When I walked in for my appointment, the receptionist could not be bothered to help be because I did not have a "registration" number. The receptionist was not willing to use any of the numbers I did have either. The technician even came out to call be in, so that tells me I was on their schedule. The technician was as willing to help as the receptionist.Do yourself a favor, if a perspective employer is making a drug screening mandatory or a Doctor sets an appointment to go to Labcorp in St. Paul/New Brighton MN, find somewhere else to go other than there. You will end up having to find somewhere else to go anyways.

They are extremely rude. I ask a simple question bout how long test results usually come back for pre employment. The woman got mad and said “ I can’t give results”. I politely said that was not what I ask for I just need to know how long because I have paper work that has to go in all at the same time.. she said that should could tell me anything because I had to talk to my employer . I then said I just need to know how long it usually takes. She the. Goes off on me ones more and tell me to ask my employer: (I’m contracted out ).

Judy Gardner-Walton is the most rudest and unprofessional person at this location. She needs to be terminated and replaced by someone who is not “too busy”. My mother was being treated poorly for no reason. She kept going off about a “restriction number” when clearly the number given to my mother as a confirmation number from her company is the number Judy will need to get my mother going for her drug test. Being “too busy” is no excuse to treat someone this way. Didn’t even bother to look up the number my mother provided and proceeded to help other people who came in after her is just unethical. If anything it’s being lazy, not busy. The audacity she had to tell my mother “it was a misunderstanding” and “have a good day” after what she put my mother through. SHAME. Do better.
