Have had my stuff in this storage for over a year now due to housing and it's been great.Only problem I had was I couldn't remember my code to get in and the office was closed due to it being a Sunday and I had trouble getting my code.Called the # and they told me since I didn't know my 1st unit # they couldn't tell me my code.Called a second time and the 2nd lady helped me better then the 1st lady and I got the code and was able to get in.

I had a great experience storing my business’ trucks here. We had one of our trucks stolen this week and were desperate to find a place to store the others and the gal behind the desk did everything in her power to find us two spots and came through. The lot is very secure and I’m very confident in storing our trucks here. Would highly recommend on the customer service alone!

This place is great. The building manager has been amazing. The other tenants are kind and courteous and even helpful! It’s a clean and safe environment for your public storage or your small business needs. It works great for my needs.

I’ve rented from them on two different occasions. I’d choose this place over public storage any day! Jen and her crew are so helpful & kind! Plus pricing & hours are better here than any where else I’ve found!

In 2023 the manager rented me a unit that was occupied, but was still charged. Finally got the manager in person for a new unit, then was overcharged for that one also. I have all the agreed upon details documented and just need a refund of the incorrect charges. The Manager (Jennifer)and District Manager have had months to correct and are non-responsive, I want someone from corporate to contact me.

This place is amazing. I was looking for a place to move all of my stuff in because I was between leases and the process was super easy. Jen was so helpful friendly and kind. She helped me through all the paper work so I was able to get my keys and get settled in in one day.

Great facility! Have had a great experience with all the office staff. Inside loading dock is wonderful but the loading dock for semi trucks is really helpful and unique for a storage unit.Update: giving less stars now after a year. Staff has changed, they park in front of the loading doors all day so very difficult to get trailers in and out.
