I called to get a quote on fixing my truck he said he would call me back he never called me back. I called him back the next day he said he was on the phone with a customer and he'd call me right back, he never called me back .called him another time he said he would call me right back. and the three times I called him he never called me so I found somebody else to fix my vehicle

Man for years I'd overlooked lens. Always seemed busy driving past.. little did I know that when I called they scheduled me right away.. Them car's in the lot are there for damn good reasons,cause they're about to get worked on by the best..I had an exasust problem that the previous shop failed on twice. Jim at lens fixed it in less time I'd thought and cheaper the I'd thought... Don't sleep on Lens they get you right when money's tight... Hellagood service... I'll be a loyal customer from now on.
