I’ve been going to Lula’s for a long time.Her reputation in the city is unmatched. And not just for fab party dresses but she might put out a rack out of high-waisted wide-leg 70’s pants that you can't find anywhere else or a pair of 60's virgin wranglers to go with that cashmere coat or summer crop top. It always feels fresh and new when you walk in the store and you'll feel the same when you walk out.But the best part is Hayley.How could you not like someone named after Hayley Mills.Not only does she treat every garment with care and love, she treats all her customers the same.

The real gold here is the owner who is some kind of wizard. I told her what event I was shopping for and she quickly flipped through racks and puts 3 dresses in the dressing room (zero of which I would have considered). Every single dress fit like a glove (and the one I ended up buying had no stretch and was homemade). She told me how to accessorize it too which is important because I have no style skills whatsoever. I usually buy second hand very cheap at estate sales, but I was happy to pay retail for this shopping experience that felt like something out of The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants.

was excited to shop, 3 employees working but no one greeted and everyone stared while I looked around. Not friendly at all. Didn’t see the entire selection because of lack of customer service. Disappointing.

Really nice selection of vintage clothing. I especially appreciated the great selection of coats and am very happy with the one I picked up. The coat was also freshly dry cleaned, which is a great touch.

My daughter and I had a delightful experience at Lula's vintage clothing store in St. Paul recently. Lula's specializes in womens and mens clothing that is 25 years or older. A friendly and helpful owner with a well-organized selection of vintage pieces. Conveniently located in the shopping area called Selby at Snelling with many great shopping and restaurant neighbors. Scored my first-ever Woolrich Mills plaid jacket. I've never felt so Minnesotan. Ya you betcha, dontcha know! Check it out!

Kindest owner and well-organized selection of carefully selected vintage pieces !I was able to try on my items which is not always the case in second hand stores nowadays!Prices reflect the curated & quality nature of the pieces, I found them very reasonable - less than retail, but probably higher quality than the fast fashion retail !

There was absolutely nothing wrong with Lula. It's clean, organized and the staff friendly. It's small, quaint and the selection is limited. The location is fun. There are a few places nearby to eat and shnoitz around.
