Staff unable to locate sku 2665778. Manager unable to locate. Store worker unable to locate. Fix your terrible inventory software, it says 28 in stock. Your inventory said isle 169 which is camping stuff which is idiotic

I went to this Menard's with Bob to pick up some stuff we needed for our business. It was HUGE, like a flagship store, had SO much stuff, was very clean and organized! Every employee that I saw was smiling and seemed eager to help. We rode up the moving walkway to the 2nd floor, which is always fun, and found everything we needed. Everything on our list was in stock and we even found the perfect drawer system for our daughter's dorm room. Best of all, there was a live pianist playing a grand piano! It was incredible!

If Menards doesn't have it, you probably don't need it.

They no longer give you a barcode to pick up items ordered online.
Including gigantic gazebos.
They now expect you to haul everything through their store, disturbing other guests and knocking over merchandise displays.
If this continues I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
I’m sure IF I receive a store response it will be the same, cookie cutter, form-response copied and pasted to every other review.
