Service was friendly despite me rushing in right before close. They fixed a broken screen in just a few minutes and got me on my way. I was impressed and would definitely come here again.

The only place I could find that will actually do cell phone repairs on years-old models or rarer imported phones. I had my 6 year old phone's battery and charging port replaced, and it was quick and cheap.

We dropped off a UPS package off here. The guy who helped us was chill and friendly but the place smelled strongly of piss and we were initially confused if we were in the right place.
Good people but the storefront could use deep cleaning and remodeling.

UPDATE 8/18…I went to pick up my package and the part owner decided to tell me…in front of other customers…that I shouldn’t be truthful in my reviews and leaving 1 star rating. And that they went through all my reviews and noticed that I give only one star reviews! Completely unprofessional! Could have handle that whole situation better. shameful. Clearly this place shouldn’t be an access point…This location should rethink about being an access point for UPS if they going to be closed during normal business hours / days. This could be a dangerous situation because what if someone’s medication was delivered here. Metro Wireless being closed doesn’t mean UPS access point should be closed too
