Store sign and Google maps says this store opens at 10am. Waited in the cold till 10:15am Monday(20th). Went to the E.7th St and Hope and took care of what I needed to in less than 5 minutes. The rep there rocks, going to their review next to give that store the five stars earned.

Don't go here I had a few questions and the woman rudely interrupted me while I was talking on the phone and I didn't even get to finish my sentence then she hung up just rude.

The casher sold me that old used That you could not hear on so they replaced but the phone is so old it drops my calls and moved apps When you could have sold me one new that works

It is really sad that we just closed down two different accounts today due to tour customer service the lady behind the counter today with the brown hair curls in her head was rude today over the phone we called to talk aboit a line we added last month it was supposed to be 65 more a month but when the bill got due it was 90 over the bill we called in to question the bill and the lady decided to talk over us over the phone when she should of listen fully and if she couldn't help us send us to somebody who can she decided to hang up the phone then once we called back she stated her name was kitty and if we wanted to complain we can which is very unprofessional so then we still could not get in touch with metro because the phone bill was due so it will not let us connect to them we had no choice but go there and then we got there she asked us if we needed to be helped and once we started explaining again she said she dont want to deal with us because she has other customers even tho we waited in line like any other customer and waited to be seen messages to management and HR get rid of her we have been with metro for the last 15 years we use to like to vist this store because of the good service we even drove from the westside to thid location because this is our best location to go to but after today we will be changing companies overall!

I asked about upgrades and the associate turned me away telling me they don’t have the phone I want before asking what kind of phone I wanted . When I called him out on it he told me he doesn’t know how it works. They probably take good care of new customers but now existing ones. Unfortunate.

Xavier was a genuine hero!(Also, Falaq was very kind and helpful, when I called to follow up) .I will be forever grateful to Xavier for helping my autistic young adult son after he was harassed and his belongings were stolen on the Greenline train. He got off before his usual stop for work and entered the nearest store looking for help. It was this Metro By T-Mobile location and Xavier knew right away something was up. Xavier was a steady and calm presence when my son was confused and upset, calling me and keeping my son with him until I could get there. My son can often miss some social cues as he learns to be more independent but he knew right away that Xavier was a safe person and the store was a safe place.These good men are clearly the energy needed in our sometimes lively urban neighborhood. It is clear they see their work as more than just peddling electronic devices; they genuinely care about people in their community.Xavier is exactly the kind of man Mister Rogers was talking about when he said “look for the helpers”. I am so grateful for his kindness to my son.

I had a problem transferring my number to metro. I tried online and I went to another store. Nobody was able to solve it until I went here. Cheers to my new friend on University and Victoria. I’ll go back.

I went there with an issue with my phone. The guy who works there said to me "Yeah, I don't know much about phones." Then said" You should come back when my manager is here, she knows about phones." I was like is he serious? After I just waited in a really long line. Unbelievable
