My boyfriend and his brother move their number lines to metro by t-mobile last week. Prices and offers were excellent but customer services has being a pain. We paid $205 for 2 lines and a free tablet that was in promotion. We asked the lady to give us a document that showed all the charges. She said they don't give this, just the receipt of payment received. It was very strange. I asked my boyfriend to call customer service and ask for the offers we received and how to find the receipt online that shos all charges. Customer service told him that he should be charged $121 that is the cost of all the activation, no extra cost, and corroborate the information that all stores should give a receipt or document that shows the charges. Next day we went back to store and spoke with the same lady. We asked for the receipt and see 2 extra charges that we didn't get. Both were for phone cases. We tried to speak with the lady but she said that she had to put the cases code to charge for the chips of the cellphones 🤔. And she mentioned that customer service was not the same as the store. We had called customer services 3 times and all the representatives mentioned that there was an extra charge and we need to resolve the issue with the store. We went and ask for the manager contact information and she didn't want to share this either because it was not appropriate. We left my boyfriend phone number and manager has not called him. We are looking to move back to our original cell phone company. I cannot trust in this store

Most awful customer service ever! The woman with the big lashes kept looking at me but didn’t say a word while she was talking with another Hispanic lady, they were laughing and talking for over 30 mins, then she got on the phone and was talking to someone else.
I can’t believe the customer service here, it was awful, I’m heading to Xfinity mobile.

1st visit was great, that's what the 2 stars is for. 2nd visit, felt discriminated. There was 2 of them providing service for 1 person. They make me wait 30 mins, just to charge me double for what I came for so I left.

I went into metro pcs today and got amazing service from moe and when I tell you i couldn’t be more grateful he saved me a lot of money and headache and should definitely get a raise cause the customer service was amazing thank you best in store experience I’ve ever had

Doesn’t greet or even acknowledge that a customer has came in. Doesn’t let a person know how long the wait will be until they have been waiting 25+ minutes. Allowed a customer to cut in front of someone who came in first. Disappointed, customer service is poor
