Have had 2 up grades, had just 3 prime, that was still working, want upgrade, was told no more free phones, cost now. By the time I left, with the phone, all accessories needed, between mobile, auto , cords chargers, THE final out the door was over 300 dollars. I have been metro over 7 years, I think is a little harsh, to stay with metro. I could have went with, infinity, with free phone, and cheaper service. All my accessories, would have worked. I should have moved on,

Moe is a scam and liar. I have insurance on my phone plan and my phone screen cracked when it fell out of my pocket.
I took it to this location and went through all the steps to have it replaced with the insurance.
The replacement came in and I was told it was going to be $50.
I said ok give me a week to get paid and I will be there.
A week later I go in to pay the $50 and get my replacement phone.
"We don't carry that phone anymore but I can sell you a new one."
He pushed me into shutting down my old number to activate a new one and told me to call Metro by T-Mobile for a refund for the $75 I had just paid for a new month of service on the number he pushed me into shutting off to open a new account.
It took me 2 months and finally threatening to get a lawyer before I got a refund.
I didn't want a new account. I wanted my replacement phone the insurance covered.
Instead of $50 I ended up paying $189.
Moe only cares about making more money for Metro and he will lie and scam to do it.
Do not go here.

Moe is the absolute best! Been dealing with Metro for at least ten years (New York and here) and he's the only one who was able to save/ transfer everything from my old phone to the new one. Saved me so much time and aggravation. This is the only place I will deal with for any phone issues-- you should too!
