I am very dissatisfied with the services I received from these "men".
First let me say that I know a lot about cars, I am a young black female,26, and I just bought a used car a few months back. I took it there because I wanted all new tires. my vehicle specifically requires all four of the same brands always because its AWD. so, I got those, and they gave me a warranty on them. Then I had to get a wheel alignment (600$). Soon after my suspension stared to squeak, and I had a nail in the middle of my back right tire and a tiny hole... FASTFORWARD, they told me I was going to need a whole new tire all together because my warranty didn't cover it! (which would have been about 230$ after tax) and that the squeaking came from the "cold weather". (Mind you these guys are supposed to be "professionals"). (what did I pay y'all money for a tire warranty for ??) I Know for a fact they get over on folks and over charge everyone and they automatically tried to take advantage of ME financially and mentally. luckily, I got a second opinion at a tire/car shop in Minneapolis and the guy fixed my tire AND put it on for 25 DOLLARS!!!!!!!!! And as for the squeaking well I figured that out myself so with that, Midas, you get NO STARS & you will be hearing from someone on my team in writing. Thankyou.

Over prices on parts and labor. Check online 150 they charged 250 some even as high as 450

Midas tried to charge me more than triple compared to another repair service. I’m so glad I got a second opinion and went somewhere else.

Got an oil change. Went fine as usual. Wanna give a shout out to Cory working up front during a small rush. He worked through everyone in an adequate time and is knowledgeable in answering everyone's questions.

The experience was good they told me about my warrenty so i could better understand why they denied my claim and said how to make it better only thing I didnt like was the cost if diagnostic I think it was to high.Daniel at the University Midas was great.

The biggest reason I would come back is because of the incredible customer service . Daniel the service advisor took his time explaining the process. He was patient and very kind. This kind of service is hard to find. THANK YOU!
