I bought a car from this shop and later discovered it had a water pump issue and was leaking coolant. For the high price I paid, I expected it to be properly inspected and in good condition. They also made it difficult for me to do a full test drive before buying. Later on, they overcharged me for an oil change and even tried to charge extra just to add coolant. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the experience and feel this shop takes advantage of customers instead of helping them.

I went in this shop approx.
Spring 2025 to have a tire plugged and they did .
They Not put the valve stem caps back on I ask them
And the the response was
Okay thank you.
I went to pay the bill and
They charged me $50
Dollars!
I understand prices have gone up a bit, butt that
Was outrageous!
Never again will I do business with them.
(Buy the way, previous owners sold their business late last year.
I have no problem with people coming in to the U.S. but learn to speak English!
My feeling is the place is just a Rip off!

New Owner, Great Customer Service!! 💯
I was in and out for a quick tire patch. While my car was up they noticed a couple things and SHOWED me right away. Prices are reasonable. Definitely coming back for all my car services.

This is a great mechanic shop! Everyone was nice and helpful. They explained what was wrong with my car and fixed it quickly. The price was fair and my car runs great now. I really trust this place and will come back again. Highly recommend!

There was an understanding that they would install a used tire bought when returning with wheel. I came with tire and wheel to mount and balance. they declined to install without charging. I asked what it would cost to mount and balance they said $20 i said ok do it. the man was slow and acted like he was afraid to get his hands dirty... after mounting tire he informed me that balancer was broken and not only expected me to pay 20 without balancing he expected me to take old tire. furthermore After leaving the card charge he tacked on additional charges without notification.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Went to get new tires, and ever since then my car has been shaking so bad. Brought it to Nelson’s Auto on Lyndale, and they said this place left on the old weights and put on new weights as well, and it was completely unbalanced. Drove my car today after it was fixed, smooth as can be. Please do not go here if you care about your car and money.

Horrible alignment, tires are showing belts after a 1000 miles. Wouldn't recommend. Don't waste your money.

I live near this shop and took my car for an alignment. I paid $124.79. I normally go to MIDAS auto repair shop. I was in a hurry. They gave me the car key and told me it was already . They did not give me the report form that they normally measure at MIDAS where it reports the degrees and inclination and alignment of the wheels. I went back to complain but the owner said that they had to adjust the steering tie rod and that they would charge me $180 more when this is part of the alignment. I claimed my money back, which the owner refused to do and kicked me out of his shop for complaining. I RECOMMEND YOU NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. MIDAS OR ANOTHER SHOP ARE BETTER WITH AND BETTER PRICES. AT MIDAS the cost of an alignment is $115 below the cost of this shop.
