Overall, the store is extremely well organized, decently priced, and offers a very good selection including some high-quality items. I wish they had more fitting rooms open and the self checkout is a convenient touch.

I find the best deals here and such awesome items! You really need to dig through the chaos but it’s worth it! It’s kind of run with the tag color discount. Each day a tag color could be 25%, 50%, or 75%!!! They get tons of new stuff all the time! It’s a treasure of Rice St. hope this convinced you to check it out!

Listen to the other reviews!!!The manager was terrible. He denied use of the dressing rooms because we “had left such a mess last time we were there”. It was our first (and last) time being there. His response to us telling him we had never been was “I don’t think so”. Such an incredibly rude and creepy man.Pricing was inconsistent and arbitrary. Clothing of terrible quality was highly priced. The exact same items were priced with more than $10 between.If you want to be mistreated and scammed it’s the place for you.

This place is great. I come often and get lots of things here. The sales are great and they have great selection. The prices are great on most things but some stuff is over priced. The door greater and the self checkout people are friendly. One time I was here an old man lost his Cain and the manager just gave him one they were selling.

I'm very disappointed I came to this store today and the moment I stepped in. I was watched and followed throughout the store no one asked me if I needed help or what they can do for me. It's sad because these people are all minorities and it's funny because stores that I've gone to that are white owned they smile when I walk through the door and ask if I needed any help. I go to stores that have nothing but Hispanics and Africans I'm followed. Let that sink in for a bit.

Decent selection especially men's tshirts! But definitely smaller than a Savers store. Prices are absurd and inconsistent--some winter coats were $35-50??

No carts only baskets that roll. People with disabilities like carts. This store used to have carts. Prices were way to high. Will not be back.

Great store for what it is. A busy thrift store in a busy area. It is a bit messy and disorganized on most days, but I imagine they are doing their best to cycle through product as efficiently as possible. High volume of donations means a lot of variety each time I stop, which is great.

I found something I liked and was told at the self checkout that "if it doesn't have a price tag we don't sell it, come back tomorrow". Can't say I've ever seen a business that wanted my money less.

My 16 year old daughter came into the store and 2 of the mangers stared rudly at her and then one of them followed her screaming at her accusing her of stealing and she has to put her bag of front. All this happened within a minute or 2. I was on FaceTime the whole time. No she was not stealing. They wanted to pick it with her since she walked in. Most likely because shes a young female and they think they can control and abuse women.He got very close to her face where his stomach rubbed against her purse that's how close he was. He looked like he was going to hit my daughter yelling and screaming at her for no reason. I want to take legal action. This place will be shut down I promise you.
