This location is terrible. Upon arriving there was maybe 5 cars available for Executive. This was at around 11:30 am- so how most cars weren't available blows my mind. I let it go, since National is the car company I choose every week for work, and have never had problems before. What makes this location even worse is their customer service, or lack thereof. I left my work iPad in the vehicle and realized it after I went through security. I tried calling this location numerous times, left voicemails with no return call. I emailed them 3 times with no response. I submitted a claim twice and haven't heard anything from anyone. This location is a sorry excuse, and the next time I travel to MSP, I'll be going with a different company for my auto rental since they seem incompetent, and also steal your belongings.

Over the past year due to hurricane Ian i have been traveling back and forth from Chicago to Florida a lot. Each time I rented a vehicle with National and have never had a bad experience. The staff at RSW is wonderful. I recently rented in St Paul Minnesota and the staff was equally as wonderful! I will always recommend National!

National is extremely fast and easy to pick your car up at and with rentals over 50 days a year, never had a car problem. Everyone at National is focused on customer service and always are pleasant and quick to solve whatever issues that you may be encountering.

I chose to rent from National, because I appreciate being able to select my type of car. The selections were extremely limited when we arrived - so we chose a Dodge Charger. I did not like the way the Charger drove, so the next day we exchanged the Charger for a different car. I was very pleased with the second car that we received, but it was unfortunate that we had to return to the airport to get a car that met our expectations.

Super easy process, walked straight up and a friendly worker explained to me which rows of vehicles were available for me to choose from. This process took less than 5 min. Because I booked through Priceline and prepaid there was a 400 dollar hold placed on my credit/debit card. I don’t know what it would have been if I had booked directly through National, will try that next time. Being an emerald member (first time) provided me the easiest rental car experience thus far. I truly appreciate their customer service!

Wow! All I can say is wow. This is my first time using National because the company I would normally use didn’t have any cars available even though I had a reservation. I was booked into a mid-size but was upgraded to an SUV which was what I needed. The car selection is MASSIVE, and i am incredibly surprised at how clean and well maintained the cars are. The customer agents are just beyond friendly from the counter to your car. I don’t remember the name of the female who helped me in the garage that evening but if I see her again, I owe her a big thank you. Kudos to National! You have gained a long time customer. Note: To other car rental companies, please take notes from National.

Outstanding job with my car rental. The Toyota RAV4 SLE was an awesome vehicle, very spacious and comfortable. The Emerald Aisle is the best for us Emerald rentals. It's wonderful to have a row of cars to choose from, and getting a special car for the price of a mid-sized car can't be beat. Thank you National Car Rental for a job well done.

National is my only choice for vehicle rentals. The Emerald Isle is wonderful, I love skipping the lines at the rental centers. The prices are competitive and the staff is always friendly. The vehicles I have rented are clean and well maintained. If you need to rent a vehicle I highly recommend using National Car Rental.

Your staff has been nothing but absolutely wonderful and helpful every time I have visited MSP. Morning, noon or night, desk, or garage, check out lanes or rental returns. I’ve had the best customer experience with all of them.I am new to traveling for work and I will be through MSP multiple times per month. Your staff makes my experience awesome every single time. I am so happy I signed up with National and actually look forward to picking up my car each time.

Joining National Car Rental Emerald Club was the best decision I made. It’s so nice to get off the plane at most destinations and skip the counter and go pick the vehicle I want/need. Vehicles are always clean and very nice. I’ve had convertibles in phoenix and 4x4’s up north in the winter. I would only rent with another company if National was not a choice

There is a reason why I use National. I have used all of the rental companies over the years, but National is the most consistent in terms of service and easy to rent from. Being able to walk down the Emerald Isle and select your car is fantastic. When I returned my car at MSP, I was greeted by Hannah, who was professional, but also knew I was in a hurry. She was welcoming and efficient, which is perfect and I was on my way. I like how Hannah reminded me to check inside the car quick to make sure I hadn't left anything, and my sunglasses were sitting in the center console, so thank you!. Kudos to Hannah and the National staff in Minneapolis.

National is a preferred car rental vendor for our company business travel and my experience has been all positive! The staff is courteous and professional. The Emerald club perks allow you to skip the gate and pick out your car. The return process is quick and effortless which allows you to drop off and leave keys in car should you be in hurry. I'd strongly recommend National for your next car rental whether for business or personal. Keep up the great work National!

Excellent service and a care for customer satisfaction. I was greeted by Hannah Nance when I returned and she took the time to make sure everything went well. National is definitely paying more attention to customer service and it makes renting a car from them worthwhile.

Being a member of the Emerald Club made car pickup and drop off very quick and easy. Rental car I chose was several years old but in great condition, ran well, no issues. Staff were helpful, friendly and courteous. Online booking and followup emails were trouble free and helpful. I really only have good things to say about the experience.

Solo business trip. Skipping the counter and Emerald Aisle are usually great experiences, but only 3 vehicles were available at noon on a Monday - minivan, small pickup, fullsize pickup. After a brief wait, I found someone to ask if other cars were coming and was offered to choose from the Executive section which had more options. Ended up in a new Compact SUV which was fine. The return process was very smooth, and the agent friendly.
