Noel is top of the line! I would and will recommend him to any of my friends or family. He’s a real estate guru with an irrefutable amount of knowledge of houses and the industry. Any question we had about a house or the process, he had a clear and understandable answer. His guidance on buying and selling was extremely helpful, and his patience while we took our time finding the right place was unmatched. I love the house we bought, but if we’re ever in the market again, Noel will be our first call!

Noel Krueger, Edina , did all he could to expose our house to a larger number of buyers by holding an open house, listing it on MLS and share our posting with a local realtor group. He supported us by managing the requests of the buyer, Who made an offer after attending the 1st open house. He helped us complete the major request by finding a retaining wall company. My husband and I started looking for a home, and we had met with a couple realtors, but none were particularly great. A friend recommended Noel, and from the first day, we knew he was the perfect guy to have as a realtor. We had never purchased a home, and he explained the process, he helped us find places that we might not have looked at, and he was willing to go with us to, I don't know, about 8,000 houses. Even towards the end before we found our perfect house, I figured he would just be ready to be done with us, and he still gave great advice, including suggesting we not go with a house that had a lot of water damage in the basement. (He also steered us away from a great "fixer-upper" that didn't have a furnace, or all the walls, and didn't have appliances, but my husband also wasn't a fan of that, so Noel only gets half-credit/blame.) We finally found our perfect house, and he was great at negotiating for us and getting us a good price. And on top of all that, he is just a nice guy. Whether you're new to home-buying or you've been through it all and just want a solid realtor, Noel is your guy.

Noel knows homes. He’s 100% current-market savvy. Noel has the keen eye and experience needed to optimize a home for a quick and profitable sale. He answered all questions, even if I called him after hours or at 8 PM on a Saturday. He told us the pros and cons of certain strategies and helped us negotiate a great price. We found him dependable and reliable: he always followed through. Amiable, friendly and receptive, he’s very easy to work with. Noel made the selling process quick and smooth (19 showings and 5 offers in 2 days). You’d be lucky to work with Noel.

We bought a home pretty much sight unseen for our daughter with the help of Noel. The area we were interested in was a feeding frenzy of buyers. With the help and advice of Noel we managed to find a home. We bought a bit of a fixer upper. Noel has done enough DIY to offer good advice and offer some good contacts. Other real estate agents we have worked with were fearful of offering much insight. Noel, which would seem to go without saying, gave us the caveat that he could not be sure but would then tell us what he thought. I would rather be wrong with an expert that wrong with an amatuer and we certainly did not know as much about real estate as Noel. He picked up our daughter to show a few homes and even helped to move a few of her things to the new house before it closed. We will never use another real estate agent in the area again. I cannot say enough about how much we appreciate Noel.

We'd give Noel six stars if we could! He helped us purchase a home in Saint Paul when we were relocating from Chicago and made a stressful situation delightful! He maximized our time in town showing us a huge variety of homes, educating us along the way about neighborhoods, schools and shopping, and was very accommodating once we purchased a home and needed access with a design firm. Noel's calm demeanor and knowledge about renovation were indispensable; that, paired with his positive personality, make him a gem! We highly recommend him!!
