I was looking for somebody to do some paintwork on my 2014 ford escape. My friend told me he just had some work done on his car at OKeefes Payne ave and he was very satisfied. I went down there Dave gave me an estimate which I thought was very fair made an appointment went back and dropped it off . I got an call a few days later I went down to pick it up . The paintwork was fantastic they even buffed out some scratchs on the other side of the car and detailed it. Needless to say I was thrilled by the work dave and his crew did

Highly recommend, Dan and his team will make sure you're taking care off. Communication, responsibility and quality of work is 20 out of 10. If it wasn't because of them, I would've get screwed by the insurance company.Thanks to their experience and guidance I can drive my companies vehicle again without any more headaches.

Their communication needs work. Insurance company booked date a month in advance. The date arrived and no one was expecting my vehicle so didn’t arrange the tow. It was delayed 2 days. They didn’t have the vehicle hoisted when claims rep came and it delayed the process another week. Received a call on a Friday morning stating vehicle should be done by 4:30pm. Asked them to call me when it was completed. I didn’t receive a call, nor on Monday. I had to follow-up on Tuesday.Services: Tires

I am very particular when it comes to my vehicles and I am happy to recommend O'Keffee's Collision as a top-knotch establishment. I recently struck a large chunk of concrete on the freeway and went to O'Keffee's for the repairs to be made. They had to replace one side of my pick up truck box and repainted the entire box to match. Dan and the ladies in the office were extremely helpful in dealing with my insurance company who wanted to argue about the claim. (USAA sucks) If you want it done right take it to O'Keffee's.Services: Painting

I came here because I saw they had good reviews. So I decided to have them repair my front & rear bumper. They fixed it & within a couple of days, the work they have done undid itself & all the damage they fixed RETURNED ! I was reasonable & returned back to ask them why my car was like this? Their solution to my problem was to give them more money to fix it another way. I was reasonable & agreed & bought a brand new rear bumper. I also had issues with what they did with my front bumper as you see in the picture. They only fixed the rear & blamed me for the front bumper ! EVEN THOUGH, when it left it was in good condition like the rear. They then told me that I would have to PAY EVEN MORE MONEY ! To fix what I already paid 2000$ to fix ! They will give you empty promises & not do good work on your car. Go anywhere else besides here. I hope no one else has to go through what I have. Below is what I paid 2000$ for at this establishment.

I had some hail damage. They went above & beyond for me. Customer service was great. They worked with me on timing the repairs just right during the week so I didn’t have to spend extra on a car rental over the weekend when they’re not open. Dan is always on top of updating & he handles everything for you, so it’s stress free. They drove my car to my house (even though I’m just down the block) it really helped because I work from home. They got all the dents out & washed up really nice & even put tire shine on the wheels. They even fixed my front license place that was flapping loose on the top. Just above & beyond & that’s what makes people come back. They also got it done a day earlier than they said they would.Thank you!
