I'm quite frustrated with this bank and I miss the service I got with Bremer 💔
I needed a notary, and the Old National website says the only way to get something notarized is by making an appointment. Okay, cool...But when I tried to do so, selecting notary, the calendar says there are no open slots.
I tried 4 different websites for 4 locations around the Twin Citiies. Nothing. The online appointment schedule doesn't seem to work at all.
So I called. Got no answer at any location. Left messages. Nothing. Okay, I can't make an appointment online OR over the phone?
I finally got a call back 3 work days later and when I complained about not being able to schedule online, they blamed it on my having been transferred over from Bremer and not being in the system yet...which makes absolutely no sense because the online scheduler system doesn't ask for any account information whatsoever. Having been a Bremer customer is a moot point, y'all.
Anyway. If you do indeed offer notary services, you should fix your online schedule system. If you don't, you should remove that from your website. Very frustrating experience. Again, I miss Bremer.

This location is easy to find and parking is good. Customer service was friendly, polite, and helpful. I would recommend banking here.

No wonder your rating is so low. Customer service isnt your strong point. Fix your hours so the average worker can get to the bank.

Today I had a customer of Old National Bank purchase a vehicle from me using a Cashier's Check they obtained from the St. Paul branch. I take this form of payment often and always call the Bank to verify the authenticity of the check. I never have an issue. Typically I provide the check number and amount and the Bank verifies that they issued that check for that value. I do not ask for any check info. I give the info and the Bank confirms it is correct. A simple "yes" or "no". This ensures that the check is authentic and the value is correct (it has not been washed).That is not the case w/ this Bank. They will not verify a Cashier's check over the phone. I first spoke with a teller who I assumed was mistaken. What type of financial institution would allow a possible fraud to take place? I then spoke with the Manager Kim. She informed me that the policy is that I will have to bring the check in (I'm 5hrs away) or I can just cash it and hope for the best.During our conversation I was polite and questioned why this is? Why would you not confirm the information I provided? The Manager, Kim, became argumentative and unprofessional. I then simply mentioned that this is a disservice to their customers and the public and I would leave an appropriate review.Kim, the Manager, then hung up on me. I hope this conversation was recorded and would encourage upper management to listen. This was by far the worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a financial institution.

Old National Bank Please DONT OPEN AN account there! They are apart of the systematic oppression! I went to the bank today to receive paper from a branch manager who called with false information! I sat there from 2pm to close which is 5pm holding up lines waiting to get info. The same information she called with was the same information I asked for in Black and White! Anchor Bank was wonderful. Old National Bank acquired Anchor Bank, and is awful for business banking. My grandfather was a banker, so I value local banks, but ever since Old National took over, the agreement changed to favor cash over people. If you work for yourself, expect outrageous fees because OLB business accounts assume everyone with an LLC is a millionaire.

I have had my accounts (both personal and business) at Old National since 2015 and cannot be happier. Whenever I stop in the bank, I am greeted by name and it feels like a small town bank, in St. Paul! Kim Olson, the VP, always goes out of her way to answer my questions and make things easy for me. I could not be happier with the service I have received!

I've been with the bank for nearly 10 years. Recently had an embarrassing situation occur regarding a scary ex boyfriend. I had to go in visibly upset requesting to change my account number, which apparently is more work than she wanted to do. ~Oh man let me tell you B***Y was literally giving her co-workers dirty looks across the room regarding me. Right in front of my face!! ~I didn't say anything at the time because I was mortified, and I just kept thanking her for helping me, but truth is, during my most embarrassing horrible time of need, I got judged and treated like a pile of trash by B***Y and the other equally rude women that run the show. Very unhappy and now each time I go in to the bank I can FEEL her judging me. Never says "Hi, how are you" or zero friendliness...just kind of shoots me a look like, "there is that l**** customer again." ~It's 2018 I can't believe snotty little snot muffins are still allowed to be in charge!

Have been with them for 3 1/2 years now and can say that they are just wonderful. Personable tellers who are sincere and know their jobs well. From my first encounter with Josh opening my accounts to my last visit with a teller, it is always a pleasure to deal with these folks.
