Kids grow out of clothes so fast, it doesn't make sense to pay full price for something they can only wear for a few months. Love the cheap options here for baby clothes, and Halloween costumes! We'll definitely be shopping here throughout our kid's life .

I normally go to the Woodbury location but was over in Roseville so came here. I'm definitely not coming back. Sure they have a crap load of clothes, and piles of crap all over the place. Can't walk through to look at anything, especially if other people are in the same spot. They have so much hanging up together, you cant see what you want. Can't push anything to the side to look. Can't see where 1 size ends and the next start.
To expensive also. 1 toddler leggings/ pants that are USED is $3.50/4.50. You can go buy BRAND NEW PANTS at walmart for $3.98. Or even goodwill used pants for $1.99

I had a good experience selling and buying here, we sold a lot of my son’s baby supplies and then re-outfitted him for winter with the cash. I wish I had known about this place earlier! My only misgiving was that I think many of the items just need a good cleaning, maybe they just sit there for too long or they aren’t equipped to do deep cleaning. I bumped my review to 5 stars to offset some of the ridiculous reviews here.

Got there at 3pm (they closed at 6pm) and they would not take my clothes to look through because they didn't have enough time. I hadn't even brought anything in yet. Frustrating. Plus there was 4 employees just sitting around.

Depends who is working sometimes they gossip so loud about things people bring in. A lot of the clothes have hidden stains or rips have to fully check them out before buying. Things that should be $1.50 are $5. Strollers are $125 might as well buy a new one. If your allergic to cats or dogs wear gloves and mask. Sometimes clothes are just full of dog or cat hair. 80% of shoes need a deep deep deep cleaning. It’s really a hit or miss when it comes to this location.

I went in yesterday to sale some items. The person doing the buying seemed more than annoyed with the fact I was bringing stuff in. She said “it’ll be 45 minutes, we don’t call or text, you just need to come back in that time frame.” Every other one I’ve sold with offers a text, but no biggie. I figured I’d just look around for that time. The same person spent the next few minutes loudly telling the other employees that she was never working a Saturday again, this was ridiculous and from now on they would have to figure it out and it wasn’t her problem. The other employee then told her it wasn’t really busy (there were maybe 5 customers and looked to be 2-3 people for selling). I wondered around for about 35 minutes and at that point my stuff had not been touched, another lady came in with a box, didn’t like that it would be an hour so the buyer went ahead and said she would do it quick. At that point I asked if I could just come back later because I had other things I needed to do and she had not even started on mine. She said yes be back by 8. I came back around 530/6, the girl helping me cash out was really nice but did need assistance with something on the computer and asked the same person that was doing the buying and she was very obviously annoyed by the fact she needed help. While waiting I did hear her call someone to let them know their stuff was ready, so not sure if she was just doing someone a favor with that.
The experience was just over all bad. I will continue to sale with UOAC, but definitely not this one. I also don’t like that they put the money on a prepaid Visa card instead of a cash or check. The Visa gift cards are just a pain to deal with. I do appreciate the girl cashing me out though letting me know to not pay at the pump or self check out because you have to type in a specific amount to use, you cannot just swipe it.
I know the text message and Visa card are likely a policy thing, but it’s for sure a turn off to hear someone complaining about helping out on their normal day off when you are there to sale and shop. If all my errands were not in the Roseville area I would have just taken my stuff back at that point and went to a different location.

When I first walked into the store, I wasn't greeted. Two employees were chatting, and one only told me to put my items on the counter. A male customer came in, and they warmly welcomed him, which made me realize it was going to be a bad experience. When I returned 30 minutes later, she explained why they wouldn’t accept some of my items, claiming they were over five years old, even though all the items they did take were older. She said my items didn’t meet her standards, but there were dirty Crocs behind me that were being sold. I guarantee my items were not bad at all. I left feeling frustrated, and I just want to say the staff was terrible. Oh and another excuse was the sizing although I called ahead of time to verify I could bring that size in.

Horrible store. Horrible employees. Messy. Rude. Don’t go, drive the extra miles to find a different one.
