Had a headlight bulb burn out a day before a roadtrip. I saw this shop had great reviews and was really fast so I called. They got me in right after I called, fixed my light in less than 10 mins, and only charged me for the bulb since it was such a quick fix. This is definitely a shop I would trust for all future needs. They seem very honest and reliable!!!

I had a flat tire on a Sunday morning and every places I called couldn’t get me for another week. Park service was able to get me in right away and did a great job fixing my tires. Highly recommended.

Had my catalytic converter stolen and took my car here to hopefully get it replaced. They refused to give me any type of ballpark price estimate over the phone, and after looking at it they initially quoted me $3500. When I made it clear that was ridiculous they brought it down to $1500. I took it to another shop down the street that did a great job for less than half that price. I would not recommend coming here, they’re clearly interested in inflating prices to see what they can get away with.

High quality work. Fair and transparent pricing. Have trusted with our family's cars on everything from new brakes and tires, to oil changes and exhaust system repair, and a whole lot in between. Good communication, and won't pressure into service. Has stood by warranty when needed. It's never, ever a fun time dealing with car repairs, but Park Service has been a good partner, does really good work, and treats us with respect.Services: Tires

I was very impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of Park Service auto. One of the difficulties things about moving to a new area is finding a reliable and trustworthy auto shop, I’ve been needing to get my rear shocks replaced for a while now but have been holding off because I wasn’t comfortable with the previous auto shops I contacted. Yesterday I asked my manager at work if she could recommend a place and she immediately brought up park service. I dropped off my car this morning and after an hour they called me with a quote that was $200 cheaper than the one I was given by a previous shop. They did an excellent job and the whole process was smooth and seamless.Safe to say I’ll be going there for all my auto needs from now on.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After years of having my vehicle serviced here I am no longer coming back. I've had good quality work done on my vehicle, but I am let down with the service and communication by the techs here.I came in recently for an oil change and asked them to check an ongoing issue that triggers my check engine light. I also was advised on a previous visit to have my front end suspension worked on so I opted to get that done too. They did a good job on the suspension, but didn't do the oil change or code my check engine light. I had to come back a week later (today 3/25) and spend another $60 for an oil change and again they did not code the check engine light telling me I need to come back again later.I know spending thousands of dollars doesn't entitle me to perfect service, but I have consistently felt that what I've asked has been ignored.

The service here is incredible. I blew out a tire on my way to work and I was able to make it into their lot. Not only did they inspect the rim to make sure it was okay, but they put the spare tire on at no charge! Park Service is now my family's new garage! Thank you so much.

Short version: Don't come here unless you want to pay 35-50% of your battery cost when replacing it under full warranty.Following the recommendation of a family member, I came here to get my CR-V's battery replaced in early 2021. The battery failed a year and a half later, and I came back in to get it replaced as it was still under warranty. The employee I talked to was willing to replace it, but said he would charge me $75 in labor (over 1/3 of the full cost of the 3-year-warranty-battery itself). The employee then offered to "cut me a break" on the labor cost since it was a situation where the battery they had sold me had failed and was still covered by warranty.Turns out the "cutting me a break" ended up consisting of taking just 10 bucks off the bill after the service was rendered, ultimately forcing me to pay 1/3 of the battery's cost to replace it despite it being under warranty. Had I brought in a car where the battery replacement was more complicated and time-consuming, the situation would have felt much less underhanded. However, since it takes about 5-10 minutes (max) to replace a CRV battery, and given that this was a situation where the battery they had initially sold me had failed while under warranty, the whole exchange felt like a ripoff. I tried to talk about this to the employee, but he tersely told me that the battery failing was "not his fault." I cannot speak to this establishment's integrity with regard to performing and charging for other auto services, but I would strongly advise anyone who simply needs a battery change to go to one of the many other places in the Twin Cities where installation is free with purchase/replaced for free when the product fails while under warranty.****Edited 8/15/2022****Owner's Response:I told you the battery was under warranty and you would be charged labor. You are welcome for getting it done quickly and on short notice. Call me in the morning and I will refund you, I don't want someone upset over a measly $63.00Update:When my partner called to simply verify the status of the battery’s warranty, you told us to come in this afternoon because you could easily take care of the battery replacement today. Further, dismissing the $63.77 charge for a battery change that was covered under warranty as a “measly” nonissue is notably at odds with your behavior after I raised these same points to you in person when I came to pick up the vehicle. Regardless, I will be happy to call and receive a refund tomorrow. Instead of being unprofessional and minimizing the situation that you created, you could have just apologized and offered a refund based on the circumstances rather than attempting to discredit criticism of your business practices that you were happy to defend prior to details being posted on the internet.Service: Battery

10 stars if I could!! I just stopped for some air because the light went on in my car, but had no idea what I was doing. An employee stopped to help me and was SO kind: he checked all the tires, turned off the alert, and didn’t even make me feel silly for not knowing how to do it myself. I was flustered on my way to work and this totally turned my day around. Thank you!!!
