I really hoped to have a better experience at Parkway Auto Care, they did $300 of work without calling me to confirm I wanted it. Details don't really matter, I just asked for a diagnostic and was surprised to learn they did the full repair without my authorization, which included a $125 charge for a part that costs $30 online and takes 30 seconds to change (not an exaggeration). 1/5, I got swindled.

Folks here are always patient and respectful. I've been going here for over 10 years and recommend them to everyone I know. I absolutely trust their work AND trust them to tell me when they can't find a solution or don't think a problem is worth fixing.

I taken my car here three times over the last year and service has always been exceptional. They were able to quickly repair my car when the starter died unexpectedly days before a road trip, and have since helped me with oil changes and flat tires. The price and the service is always above and beyond. I originally picked them because they were close, but now I’ll happily drive across town if I have to to keep coming back. Thank you!

Brought my son's car for an oil change appointment.Was trusted this place for years but my last visit was horrible.I left really disappointed and felt bad about my decision to go there . I had a "Signal Garage auto care " coupon for full synthetic oil cgange includes free seasonal check up for $39.92 but decided to give my business to parkway auto care where I paid $352.50 ...Only asked for an oil change and some recommendations if anything else needs to be done. Had a phone call about what needs to be done soon and what repairs can wait and was notified that cars headlamp was replaced. I did not need it and told that we have brand new in glove box and my son is able to change it but representative said no worries,it was already taking care of..I was surprised when I got charged for that since I did not ask to replace it .Some amounts on repairs total paperwork i did not even understand and front desk representative was not able to explain and told me that my AAA member discount already in that bill what was $352.50 . I paid it.Basically for an oil change and air filters replaced and headlamp bulb. I will never be back ..Not sure how all this happened to me and why I did not even ask from the begging an estimate or how much oil change cost but I was servicing my cars for years at this place and just I guess was not a good day for my last visit. No explanation what happened with this neighborhood trusted repairs shop. Hope they will do better with communication and not charging for something what people did not want or what they not able to explain.Did not want to write this type of review..I am not a complainer but still feels not right after even couple days. Like I was really taking advantage of. ?

I brought my car in because when I take my foot off the gas, it sometimes doesn't decelerate smoothly. They said they had checked everything and didn't see any problems (my car might just be weird), and they charged me ZERO dollars for that investigation. Free stuff good! Also everyone was really friendly, and they laughed at my d*** jokes.

I was filling a tire with air when the valve stem broke and the tire instantly deflated. I managed to make it across the road to Parkway, where they freely switched my flat for the emergency spare. This was just as the February snowstorm was hitting. Thanks to Parkway staff I made it to my destination without further incident. Thank you so much for all your help!

I was able to get my car in for a next day oil change as a new customer. They were very kind and even ran a Check Engine Light scan providing me with no-pressure options on costs to get it fixed.

After several frustrating attempts to fix a wobble in our steering wheel (when we would depress the breaks) only to have the wobble return every 3,000-5,000 miles, these folks were able to figure out the permanent fix and gave us a very fair price for the repair. We have been back for a wheel bearing as well as general maintenance and we don't plan to go anywhere else moving forward!Service: Brakes

Hey, I’ve always had GREAT service here, but this last time left me wondering… 1. When you change your hours, ie, you’re now closed on Saturday, you might want to mention that. At least change your hours on Google and put it on your voicemail greeting. 2. When you can’t get a proper look at my car on Fri, PLEASE call me and tell me that. Ask me if I want to come and get it or leave it for the weekend. After no calls on Friday I called on Sat morning- nobody was answering the phone (see #1). I wasn’t counting on you keeping my car all weekend and I really needed it. 3. When a desperate customer comes wandering in your open garage door on Saturday looking for answers- and her car- PLEASE don’t bark at her “We’re CLOSED.” Maybe ask how you can help her?? Just food for thought.
