I won't take my cars anywhere else. These guys have taken care of my son and my cars on multiple occasions and I've never been disappointed. Tires, rims, and under the hood all exceptionally done.

Got my tires done July 1 2025 for two brand new front tires. The owner said Tires are 5000 miles store warranty and 55,000 miles factory warranty. October 15th, I brought the car back because the tires are warned out and only had put less than 5000 miles. Owner Said that is alignment issue that makes the tire Worn out. And refuse the warranty. What a waste of money I got this tire just three months ago. Would give him a zero star if I.
DO NOT COME TO THEM THEY TALK REALLY COOL AND NICE BEFORE YOU GET YOUR TIRES!!!

Got my tire change brand new July and now it’s October only a little bit over three months.
The owner said the tire is 55,000 miles factory warranty and 5000 miles store warranty.
Tires are already warned out one are getting to get replaced again. Only have been over a little three months under 5000 miles, but Owner refuse the warranty and saying that it’s because of the alignment. Not recommended this place bunch of BS. And they seem very cool when you first got in there for service

Tells me they can fit me in before they close so I show up and drive out of my way to try and get service for an emergency only to be turned down right when I show up. What a waste of time

Thank you Jimmy and Mechanic Eli for bailing me out of a tough spot. Needed a transmission. Found one used and the installed it timely for a reasonable price and and my vehicle runs perfectly.

The owner and mechanics are extremely fair and honest. Another shop said I needed certain expensive items repaired, and Pay Less’s mechanic explained why I did not need the repairs and they found the real issue and fixed it for much less cost. Now all of my family members bring our vehicles here. I highly recommend them for not just tires but general vehicle repairs as well.
Updated: I dropped my son’s car off today, 8/15/25, they did a tuneup and changed the oil. I was charged the quoted price which was very reasonable. I still recommend this place to all friends and family members. Everyone tells me that the prices and work that was performed are excellent, and they were treated very well by staff.

They were very professional , efficient, and did a great job on replacing tires. I called first and wasn’t on hold or didn’t have to keep calling to get a response. Pricing was very affordable and I’m happy with the condition of tires

Had oil change at Payless tires on whitebear Ave and 7th Street in st stpaul mn. The sales clerk was very respectful and helpful. The technician performed a great job. I would highly recommend this place again. Thank you Payless great job. 👍

Horrible service, dude that's at the desk has a bad attitude when talking to customers. Came there to do some work on one tire and they took forever and didn't get it done. Had to come back another day for them to finally get it done. Pay good attention to these guys when dealing with them, take pics of your tires and all necessary information. So you don't become a victim like me. I have to get new tires now, cause I didn't take down my tires information.
