Great fast service. I went to firestone they told me they had the tire just to get me there. When i got there they told they didn’t have the tire but they had one 60 dollars more. So i check online and found this place only place I’m coming to from now on.

I went into shop inquired about patching a tire, the man at the counter was already rude and condescending and told me they had 4-5 cars ahead of me and I could wait 45-1hr, I ignored his attitude and told him I’d come back as I live 2 blocks away and had to get my children off the bus. 45 minutes had gone by I call instead of returning as my tire is flat. He has even ruder attitude over the phone and tells me he now doesn’t know if he can get me in and again I can come wait and see. I don’t understand his reasoning either you can or your can’t. It’s 2 hrs to end of business day I cannot wait and see???? Then if you can’t get me in I am assed out for the rest of the day. I’ve never had a bad experience with them before, however the man gave me the impression that my money for a minimal service was not worth the time and effort. I am extremely disappointed that he made me to feel my situation is not important enough to give the time.
