I have lived in one of the Apartments managed by Pergola for 8 years and it's been a great place to call home. The staff are easy to communicate any concerns with and the Maintenance supervisor, Mark, is prompt, respectful, hard-working and does a wonderful job. Absolute A+.

I’ve lived in two of Pergola’s properties now and I have consistently had great experiences. Every time I have an issue (which isn’t often) they are beyond responsive and the issue is solved within 24-48 hours. They have not only been incredibly welcoming but also so accommodating.

Lived at a St. Paul property for a few years. Maintenance is quick and responsive, always comes within a day or two. Building is well-maintained, no issues. Only critiques are that the landlord Darcy Johnson stated the units were going fast, but looking at the mail boxes, most were empty. The apartments were a bit pricey for what you get, $675 each for a 650 sq ft two bedroom. Pergola also makes you renew the lease 6+ months in advance, which is honestly nuts.

We were in The Crystal apartments 55 and older. Chad was a great manager. I appreciated his response whenever there was any issues. The property was well maintained and the community was great. It is a very walkable area and has lots of shops to visit. The remodeled apartments are very nicely done. I loved my apartment and will miss it greatly.

I've had nothing less than a great experience with Pergola management since they took over "Timberland Heights" now known as "Rochester Heights". Anytime I've had any complaint or concern, it has always been resolved in a timely manner. Entire team has been very friendly to me and my pets. 10/10 would recommend.

I had lived in their apartment building at 1122 Como Ave for over 3 years and truly had a great experience! They were always prompt with communication and any maintenance that was necessary was addressed within 24 hours. The apartments are recently renovated with very nice kitchens and bathrooms, and honestly very spacious for the price. The only reason we left is because we were looking to move to a house vs apartments. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Renting with Pergola has been such a great experience! Since 2021, I've been residing at Pergola's apartment complex, The Quarry location, and it's been nothing short of amazing. One of the best things is having Target and Cubs within walking distance - such convenience!Throughout my time here, I've had the pleasure of interacting with Joe, Joselyn, and Mark, who have been incredibly accommodating. From the moment I first looked at a unit to my ongoing maintenance needs, they've been attentive and helpful. The apartment unit itself is modern and well-maintained, equipped with up-to-date appliances. It's evident that Pergola takes pride in the upkeep of the building, both internally and externally. Moreover, maintenance service requests are promptly addressed by kind and respectful workers who are reliable and flexible - and it's always a pleasure chatting with them. There is good communication from Pergola regarding any work being done in the building. Additionally, I'm grateful for the lack of noise issues from other units and the assurance that my packages are secure, which was a major concern for me, especially coming from NYC. Laundry is accessible in the basement and managed through a user-friendly app. I look forward to continuing my renting experience with Pergola.

would highly not recommend living at the timberland heights now “rochester heights” they’ve had a gnat issue for months we’ve complained multiple times and still is NOT fixed. it is not livable what so ever!! absolutely disgusting!!

If you are wondering if you should rent from them, don't wonder about it, DO IT! because they are by far the best rental company I've ever had experience with. The opposite of slumlords. They care about their residents which is more than can be said with most other rental companies.

I am going on year#3 of renting with Pergola and could not be more happy. Everyone I have dealt with, from the landlords to the maintenance staff are always extremely friendly and prompt. My building is older, but well kept. The very few issues I have had within my apartment, in which maintenance had to be called, were resolved within a few hours. You can pay your rent online, which is so slick! I can honestly say this has been one of the best renting experiences I have had, and am looking forward to continuing renting with Pergola.

I moved in 1160 Grand in Jan 2022 and I love my apartment. Pergola does a fantastic job on multiple levels. I have only had 2 small maintenance calls and they came right away. Super cool laundry room. Machines are powerful and you pay via your cell phone. ( It’s blue tooth.) Darcy and Bobby are great to work with :)
