DO NOT , I REPEAT, DO NOT GET YOUR EYELASHES DONE HERE!!!!!!!!!! I went to get my eyelashes done here 2 days ago. This morning, I woke up with one. Eye swollen, shut with the worst sty of my life! I should've stopped the second I realized they use this room for a children's daycare. They allow their children to sleep on the bed that you will be getting your eyelashes done on. I'm extremely upset. I want to go get them done because I recently broke up with my boyfriend and I wanted to look pretty again. How is somebody supposed to look pretty when their eye is swollen shut.

Wow wow wow! I stumbled across Platinum Nails. Walked in and was greeted by Lam. Instead of going with my boring solid color, Lam made me a custom mermaid design! I couldn't even believe his talent. Very clean and friendly inside of the salon as well. Will definitely be going back for manis and pedis!

This place felt so uncomfortable from the minute I walked in. Mind you, I had an appt booked for a mani and pedi and I felt as if I was an inconvenience to them. As I was getting my pedicure (the lady was pretty kind) but the owner was extremely rude, walked over to me and started doing my nails at the same time. Granted, they were busy with walkins but I did make an appt. I usually let this kind of stuff slide but the experience here was very poor. I was very much rushed, she also knicked my finger, yikes. Do not recommend this place. They definitely favor their loyal customers over new folks walking through the doors and it’s very obvious you are being talked about. I wish I could say I’m happy with the nails but unfortunately that is not the case. 125$ down the drain.

I always have amazing experience here The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. The salon is clean and well-maintained. My nail technician always does fantastic job on my manicure, paying attention to detail and making sure I am comfortable throughout with no discrimination of color black or white is treated same .
