Prepare and prosper will not position themselves to be prosperous in our community. This agency has an extreme unfair and unequitable appointment setup. First come first serve and then they still find a way for those who come first to go back to the end of the line. This system has been going on for years leaving many disabled poor adults Unserved- every tax season. Every year the amount of tax clinics are reducing since Covid and those who work there become more ruder by the day. Post covid strain is no excuse for a seasonal outfit. Having all year round to prepare to help the poorest people in Minneapolis, they still come up short-staffed and have adults fighting over appointments. Yet we never see this agency fundraise or on the news or anywhere asking for funding help. Q Is it an Intentional Racist Plan of their BOARD to serve only a fraction of the North Minneapolis Disabled Low Income population ?

I had P\\u0026P prepare my taxes and file for my refund last year. They were so kind and helpful and very knowledgeable! I am so lucky to find them. I am going back this year as well.

BEWARE .Don't Waste Your Time Calling.. And Definitely Don't waste your time trying to schedule an appointment ON LINE..Even The United Way said They received several calls about it. Another agency that is so much much more intelligent than the clients.Their automated phone service and web site is rigged not to accept any Tax Appointments or Schedule any Online..You can't schedule any kind of appointment. Not even 1 year out..Free Service but Not For Everyone.Just say you don't availability, instead of lying and giving an excuse that doesn't make any sense. This Service needs to be investigated. Cause you know the Gov $$$" is rolling into them while they lie to citizens and don't provide the service ..

I have been using Prepare & Prosper's services for about 7 years now and I have always had a great experience. They offer a wide range of services that teach people about money management and can connect you with resources you may need to accomplish some of your financial goals. Their services are free as long you meet their eligibility requirements. I would suggest checking them out on their webpage-- where you can also schedule an appointment; or by phone.
