We needed to find short term storage for the belongings of two of our children attending the university of Minnesota. I found the storage facility to be clean, safe and in a good location. Everything is done on their phone app, including lease signing, building entry, and lease termination . I found the staff to be attentive and helpful with any questions I had.

This was the most stressful 2 days of my life. My boyfriend and I needed to rent a unit for only a week because we’re in the process of moving. I hear good things about this company so why not rent one? We set everything up to move in August 29th. We see our codes aren’t activated and nobody is around to activate them with our ID verification because NOBODY IS THERE? We call, no answer. Okay fine maybe they went home for the day, we’ll come back the next during office hours to get in. We come to see a whole line at the office, many not working codes, nobody there yet again. At this point, I call customer service only for the agent to be no help either. He says he can’t verify our ID over the phone or give us access. He did however call the managers of this location, no answer. I then get transferred to a nearby locations phone. I tell them my problem and the angels that they are helped (finally). We got our codes, with no help from our actual location. Anyways we get to our unit to see it’s covered in dirt. Was not cleaned between rentals at all, not even sure why it was available to be rented. So now we have to clean up before we even out our stuff in.
Overall avoid this place.

If your reading this, and you've come searching for answers, I may not have them, but together we may find the truth. If this sounds like what your looking for (other than a new place to store your belongings) than make sure and check out the pictures ive posted with this review. Current renters only please. Oh, and before I forget, let me sprinkle in a cautionary statement to the entrepreneurial folks who manage this organization: Before you go flagging my review, just think about how much worse this could be. I mean gosh, I gave you a whole five stars more than you deserve. There are other platforms on the web, and your a recognizable brand. The right content in the wrong places and... you get the idea.
For the record- other than the bogus reviews that were planted from fake accounts, every positive comment that has been written about Kevin is totaly spot on. Kevin, im sorry that you have gotten tangled up in this mess. You deserve way better. Your one of the most approachable guys I've ever met and I instantly trusted you from the first conversation we had. I like you so much, that it is making it difficult to make rational decisions regarding this delema, and damn it, you owe me a beer for that, later! For now, just know that if things don't turn out the way you want with these people, you can come work with me, and ill never treat you like these people have.

Kevin has above and beyond service! I was checking out in a rush and he made the process so quick and easy. He also has the best prompt responses to any questions you may have. Easy, convenient and efficient here! The storage unit is also very clean. Will definitely rent here if I need to again!
