I've been going to Pure Barre St. Paul for about a year. Great instructors and staff who are very welcoming from the minute you walk into the studio. The workouts are challenging and effective and have helped me transform into a stronger person. It is an overall wonderful group fitness experience!

I’ve been going to the Pure Barre St Paul studio for years. I love their classic barre workout, but there is so much more to love: the staff (both teachers and barre-tenders) are SO nice and helpful- they go above and beyond and learn everyone’s name. The other clients who take classes are also so nice. I feel very safe and welcome here, which is a priority for me for a fitness studio or gym. Because I feel so safe and welcome, I enjoy the workouts and get so much out of them. They have killer music playlists, too. Try them out- you won’t be sorry though you might get addicted!

I love Pure Barre. The staff and everyone taking class in St. Paul have created a community that allows us to focus on both mind + body. After over 4 years it never gets old or stale but continues to evolve and challenge. I am so thankful.

When I walked into Pure Barre St. Paul studio for my first barre class (ever) I really did not have any idea that I would like it as much as I do! Forward about 6 months later and I am absolutely hooked! I cannot recommend this studio or this workout enough. At the beginning of my journey I knew that after my office switched to being 100% work from home, I wanted to start going to group fitness classes but I was also a little bit intimidated to go and workout in front of other people again but I had no reason to worry. The instructors do a wonderful job of creating a welcoming encouraging environment where you can not only feel comfortable but also get a wonderful workout in. That's probably one of my favorite parts of going to this studio just how awesome, knowledgeable and approachable the instructors are. Of course as any good fitness instructor; they push you to really reach outside of your comfort zone but they also remind you that this is your body's workout and encourage you to really stay in tune with your body. They are always around for questions before and after class because they really care about what they do and it shows!Of course the "Barreistas" (the staff at the front desk) is also so amazing and kind! I really cannot say enough about this studio. I highly recommend checking this studio out. The studio is very clean, the staff is phenomenal and the workout is challenging but fun!

I love the full-body workout every Pure Barre class brings regardless if it is classic, empower (cardio), or reform format. This studio, in particular, has kind and attentive instructors who put together challenging classes that keep me coming back week after week.

I love, love, love this Pure Barre studio! I signed up one year ago and am so glad I did. The teachers are fabulous and the studio lead, Marti, is so sweet. These workouts really challenge you and work your entire body. I am much more toned and fit thanks to Pure Barre. I also love how these classes help me clear my head. I highly recommend this studio and encourage you to take a class!

Being someone who never historically had a committed exercise routine, I was anxious to start Pure Barre and, truthfully, a little intimidated. Pure Barre and the instructors at this studio have exceeded all of my expectations. Not only is it a great workout, but the culture is one of positivity, inclusion, and generosity. Joining this studio has been one of the best decisions that I have made in the past year and I look forward to continuing my lift, tone, and burn journey!

Fun workout and great community. I love the studio and the people. All the teachers are great. Don't be fooled, Barre is one hard workout. I like it to improve my strength and flexibility for dance. I highly recommend for a tough, low impact workout.

I have been a member of Pure Barre St Paul and I love it! The studio is great and always clean, the "barre-tenders" are always nice and helpful and the instructors are friendly, approachable and deliver really good classes. I love that instructors always remember my name and are sure to give encouragement in class. I feel super safe here, the atmosphere is always good and not intimidating. I would recommend to anyone looking to have a good workout in a fun, clean and safe environment. They're tough but so worth it! You will get stronger and leaner if you keep going, too!

Wow, I tried this recently. I'm a regular swimmer and while I know I need to up my fitness game, I never thought a workout where the heaviest weight I lift is 3 pounds could whip me quite so badly. The exercises involve a lot of control and micro movements. They make use of 2-3 lb hand weights, a small rubber ball and some resistance bands. You are taken through a warm up to get your body moving, followed by arm work, leg work, core work, and stretching. I've been to two classes so far and let me tell you, two days after class, my core is sore in a good way. As an added benefit to the classes, I'm finding that a couple of times a day, I'll stop and pop out 15 to 20 reps of some of the simpler movements. The staff is fun, enthusiastic, and very encouraging; something that is frequently not my experience being an older, curvier person. The instructor was great at walking around and providing both gentle corrections and slight modifications to allow me to complete the session. Each session is 50 minutes. I will definitely beat the basic level for awhile. I've decided to add this to my routine once a week - the most I think I can handle right now.
