Mike is the MAN. High quality barber, extremely affordable. Got my hair cut from him once and I’m never going to anybody else. PUSCH Salon deserves 6/5 stars.

Today (8/14/23) was my first time at Pusch Salon. I was able to get a same-day with Michael, and went from shoulder length hair to an asymmetrical concave bob. He did a great job on my hair, was gentle throughout the process, listened to my feedback as we went, communicated well, and made me laugh. I enjoyed the appointment and do believe I have just found myself a new hair person! Price ($50 before tip) was very reasonable. Salon was very clean and organized. Free parking on both sides of the street (Marshall Ave) in a quiet neighborhood.I also enjoyed his dog being there, Kuna. Kuna was friendly, just kinda hung out nearby and was very chill & relaxed. If you didn’t see her, you would not have known that a dog is there often— no hair anywhere, no odor, nothing.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

Michael is amazing. I look like freaking g rapunzel and couldn't go five minutes without getting compliments on my highlights and blowout. Even though I was soooooo tired, he kept the conversation going and got me out with plenty of time to get to work. I will be booking a haircut soon

I have been growing out my hair from a very bad cut elsewhere, so I was a bit nervous to try someone new again. Michael cut my hair perfectly. I mean exactly what I wanted. I will definitely go back again when I need to. His dog is sweet too. Thanks Michael from one happy customer. One note as well, I will admit to having "difficult" hair to work with. It's course, and extremely thick and many cowlicks. He did not appear to have any problem cutting my hair!!! Linda H.

I have been going here for years! The owner is a great guy, has the friendliest in-store dog, and always does a fantastic job. I moved from the neighborhood 10 years ago but I still make the 30+ min commute here every time.

Do really know if the staff at Pusch are great or not. BUT DO KNOW that they are not following the MPls/St Paul mandate to wear masks. Just went and left because no one was wearing masks! When I asked one of the staff about it she said it was not a state mandate only a city one. Just be warned that they do not follow city mandates.
