I don't live here, but I contacted management to see if they could help me with something. I'm not a resident, and i honestly didn't expect to hear back. But I instantly got a reply from the manager Nathan, and even though he couldn't help me, he took the time to respond and offer some suggestions for me. The info he gave me was really helpful. Thanks again Nathan!!

Poor management. They have had 4 different managers in the past year because they cannot keep anyone. They sold my parking spot to a new tenant even though I had a signed lease addendum guaranteeing the spot for the duration of my lease. Because I complained, the management harassed and retaliated against me in any way possible (including sending me to collections for rent I did not owe for the month after my lease ended and I was never even charged or billed). Also do not go on autopay for rent because they will randomly overcharge you. The building constantly reeks of dog urine and smoke and the garage is a hot spot for drug users. Cars are constantly broken into. Call box doesn’t ever work, elevators are constantly out of service, and packages are often stolen. Makayla in the office is particularly unhelpful and difficult to deal with. This place is not worth the hassle.

Couldn't be happier. Coming from Lyn-Lake uptown minneapolis in a 500 square foot apartment to a more home like vibe of what I am used to in a slower quieter area is already turning pages as far as what it is doing for me and my mental well being and my soul. Not to mention, the office staff is probably some of the hardest working property management people I have worked with as far as getting accepted and into a spot. Kudos to Makayla for seriously helping me out BIG time and doing it with no judgement and just perseverance to getting me in a place I truly can feel finally at home. I haven't even fully moved my belongings in yet and can't wait to be there full time soon. BIG ups Makayla and Daveed for being some of the hardest working leasing staff around that area and keeping it real and not pulling quite literally illegal shenanigans where they see an opportunity and just treating people with respect only. I couldn't be more excited for the new chapter of my life and calling Rayette Lofts my home base.

We were extremely pleased with the ease of the resident portal application process, with the service by the front office and the move-in!!! Everything was on point.! So responsive, welcoming and accommodating. Stunning amenities and walking distance to great restaurants, farmers market, transportation, etc. We are thrilled to be part of the family and call Rayette our home ❤️

Rayette lofts customer service becomes poor when they know youre not moving in. When they’re advertising leasing, they act as if they are the best. It has been 1 month and I still have not received my deposit. It doesnt take that long to mail a check. When calling the office, the calls are not answered or returned. I am highly considering a civil lawsuit against them for this ridiculous inconvenience. They are quick to take your money but very slow and inconsiderate when it comes to returning it. Horrible.

I have very mixed feelings about this place—it started off great but went downhill fast. I lived here for just under three years and had four different building managers during that time. By the end, it was nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone.
The walls are paper-thin, and while the concept of modularizing the building into apartments seemed cool, the execution was terrible. I had a large hole in a pillar separating my apartment from my neighbor’s, which I’m convinced was a major source of noise leakage.
Recent reviews seem to reflect a similar experience, so in my opinion, it’s best to stay away. (I moved out in fall 2023.)
PS.
They increased prices constantly - including adding service charges without any mention of doing so.

I lived at Rayette for a bit and worked very close with Gina the property manager. Easily one of the sweetest and most compassionate property managers I’ve ever met. The apartments are beautiful as is, but to have such amazing management made living there made it worth it. If you’re considering these apartments, you will not be disappointed

I received an email thanking me for having visited the property today but never received a response from management on finalizing a time for a tour?

It's concerning that your overnight security service for Cushman Wakefield's Apartment Complex Rayette during the hottest day of August 2023 hasn't been compensated. The importance of securing the garage and ensuring safety during extreme weather conditions makes their delayed payment and lack of communication even more disappointing. It's essential for businesses to value and promptly acknowledge the contributions of their service providers. The manager never replys to emails or phone calls. If I would steer clear from this apartment complex. They rip off small businesses and don't even care at all.
