Front desk...very courteous..you feel important from the moment you walk thru the door...and let's just say Diamond Levy...made buying and selling my first and second homes so easy I had to question my own career path..I was educated on real estate from start to closing and now I highly recommend Shawna Frazier's..Frazier Group. I have worked w Jody Hippen of Results Mortgage for years and when it came time for me to refinance I naturally thought of her! She is professional and was totally ready and capable of getting my refinance done in such a short time!Totally gets the situation taken care of and takes any pressure or stress out of the situation! Jody was extremely easy to work with. She made sure that all my questions were answered in a timely manner. Jody made the entire process doable. There were many ups and downs experienced during the home buying process but, Jody was always there to walk me through the things we experienced. I would recommend Jody to my family and friends in an instant. Jody was extremely caring, and an all together good person. Not to mention, she has an awesome personality which made it fun to work with her.
