Regions Hospital is a Level 1 Trauma Center known for its excellent specialty care and dedicated staff. Patients receive high-quality medical attention, with many expressing gratitude for the supportive and knowledgeable teams, especially in the Family Birth Center. First-time mothers appreciate the care provided by nurses and midwives, noting their compassion and attentiveness during labor. However, some visitors have highlighted challenges with patient and visitor parking, describing it as a hassle. Issues with parking fees have been a concern, with reports of being charged incorrectly and worries about accessibility for those with limited funds. While many patients are satisfied with the care they receive, frustrations about parking logistics remain a recurring theme. In the emergency department, patients have had positive experiences, praising the kindness and compassion of the staff. Overall, Regions Hospital is recognized for its commitment to patient care, though improvements in parking management could enhance the overall experience for visitors.
I like regions I just don't like that they make people pay for parking what if someone doesn't have the funds then what? we go get seen to come out to our cars towed? I really feel like they should do something about that

Nurses and doctors were AMAZING however frontline receptionist at the heart center were so rude and nasty to. They were eating food right up front and wouldn’t even notice me.

Brought my good friend to the ER this evening. First time at this hospital and we had such a positive experience. All of the staff were so kind and compassionate. A special thanks to Dr. Theresa M Gunnarson and Peter G Kumasaka!
