I was told I could not bring my baby's diaper bag into the building... I have a 13 month old and im not going to leave her diaper bag anywhere. As someone who works in loss prevention, profiling is definitely not the correct way to prevent theft.

Management is horrible. I have never been treated so rude or talked down to like that before in my life. Donations are rude, and they just throw your stuff around. Pricing is ridiculous, and the staff act like they are better than the customers. I watched the manager yell at a customer. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior. I can only imagine how they treat their Spanish employees. Definitely NOT a Christian feel when you walk into this place. I highly recommend donating and shopping elsewhere.

Found a bunch of canned food...... 1.99 each. Despite the fact that half these cans cost less than a dollar at the grocery stores they came from. And the 2.99 spice that originally someone paid 1.25 for at the dollar tree. Someone probably donated this thinking it would be given to someone who needed it.... not grossly marked up and thrown on their shelves for sale. Shameful to be honest.
Oh.... and we were told their manager prices everything. So that makes this even worse. It's not like someone who didn't know better made a mistake. This was a calculated decision the MANAGER made.
Gross. Do better.
