    Horrible customer service and follow up.

    Losing a loved one is hard enough but its even harder when you never have any follow up or contact about claim status and wonder for 2 months if you are gonna owe more and more for a bank loan the insurance was supposed to cover.

    I take the skyway to the Metro Transit kiosk. The security team are very nice. I have been exploring the skyway since I moved to Minnesota
